The apartment is very spacious, airy, equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect, very close to the center but far from the movement. The pillows, the bed and bath linens are great and they were very smelling. Maicon was very attentive in online service, and his mother Nara, was very dear at our check-in and checkout. Casa matches the photos. Functional well, with full kitchen items. Daiana since the first contact was very polite and flexible with timetable issues. When I needed it responded quickly. The house is large and well airy, located in Purumim, about 5 minutes from the central area of Capão da Canoa, a quieter beach with great places for bathing and resting. I recommend it, it was well worth it.

The stay at the house was great! There were three couples of friends and the space met our needs very well. In addition, the owner of the house was very helpful and we were able to enter the house at 10 a.m. The house is very large and the rooms are even larger than they appear in the listing photos.

I was at the house with family to spend Christmas. It was great! Easy to find and well located, close to the beach and shopping. Spacious house, accommodated nine people and a dog very well. Whenever we needed to contact Fernando, there was promptness in service and guidance. We loved the gourmet area, with a barbecue, electric oven, microwave, stove and gas hob and a huge TV. We had a few rainy days and this space was very well used along with the heated pool, since we couldn't go to the beach.

No problem stay, flawless apartment, great utensils, fans can even be seen on hot days. The host quickly answered all my doubts and helped with some problems, very easy to communicate. Apartamento is well located, a few blocks from the sea in a quieter street.
