Jolie petite maison en bois et pierres restaurée avec des matériaux écologiques, notre gîte qui autrefois abritait des moutons et un poulailler, se situe sur le Causse à égale distance de Figeac et Villefranche de Rouergue (23 km) et de Cajarc et Villeneuve d'Aveyron (12 km). Le gîte est isolé et nous serons vos seuls voisins sur un terrain de 4 hectares. Le gîte est totalement indépendant et dispose d'un grand jardin.

Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.

I welcome you to Montsalès, a hilltop village with stunning views of the surrounding area, a stone's throw from the Lot Valley and the Way of St. James. This typical Quercy house, over 200 years old, is a small haven of peace, ideal if you want to relax in peace, away from the city and adopt a simple lifestyle focused on nature. Montsalès is full of small shaded hiking trails that I will show you.

The entire house is at your disposal. The accommodation is air-conditioned, has 2 bedrooms, a large living room with extra bed, equipped kitchen (oven, coffee maker, induction stove and everything you need to cook) It is equipped with Wi-Fi (fiber). Linens, duvets, pillows and bath towels are provided. A parking space is reserved for you. Upon arrival, coffee, tea and some madeleines are offered.
