Beachfront holiday rental in Cape Carbonara

Als je op het terras zit, is het net alsof je naar een ansichtkaart kijkt, zo prachtig. De toegangsweg is erg steil en de weg naar het huis is te smal om te keren, zodat je er achteruit in moet rijden. Door weinig ervaring met zulke smalle steile straatjes, vond ik het telkens weer enorm spannend. Het huis ziet er goed uit, en bijna alles is aanwezig. Uitgezonderd wat kleine dingen zoals een spatel en een schilmesje Dat was snel opgelost. De verhuurders zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De stranden in de omgeving zijn prachtig en rustig (mei). Echt een aanrader!

We had a great stay at Valentina’s house! Short walk to the local beach, with many other beautiful beaches within a 10-20 min drive and the city center within 7 min drive. Everything was clean and comfortable, exactly as listed, and there is a great patio to relax on in the evening and enjoy the view. Valentina was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend her place!

The property is very beautiful. The terrace, courtyard, and view from the courtyard are superb. The entire neighborhood is very pleasant, and it was quiet during our stay. The location is excellent if you wish to go on excursions or visit one of the beautiful beaches nearby. Communication with Ilaria and Alexis was excellent; they assisted us even though we arrived at the property very late in the evening. Thank you!

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Five stars all the way! Die Lage ist grossartig, es ist nicht mal eine Minute zu Fuss zum Strand, und der Strand ist wunderbar mit türkisem Wasser und viel Platz. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern, ideal: Schnell am Meer, schnell zuhause. Auch der sehr grosse Garten ist toll und hat alles – Liegestühle, Platz zum Spielen, Schatten. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst, die Aussendusche haben alle besonders gern genutzt. Besonders schön sind die neuen Bäder. Luca ist ein grossartiger hilfsbereiter Host. Er hat uns super Tipps gegeben und immer schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen wieder!

È difficile trovare le parole giuste per descrivere l'atmosfera mozzafiato che si vive in questo posto incredibile. Ogni ora del giorno regala diversi colori e sensazioni. La proprietà è meravigliosa e ben curata in ogni suo punto: il giardino è pieno di piante e fiori diversi, la vista mare è impareggiabile, il bbq regala emozioni, l'appartamento è pulitissimo, perfetto e dotato di ogni comfort, è come essere a casa propria... ma in un posto splendido ed unico. La pace è totale, è il posto esatto per riuscire a staccare e godersi qualche giorno di relax totale. Le spiagge nei dintorni sono tutte incredibili e ben accessibili. Avete un cane? La sistemazione è perfetta per voi! Il pregio principale è però un altro: Alessandra e Maurizio sono stati due host disponibili, premurosi e di una gentilezza rara: è stato un piacere conoscerli. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus verbracht. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, die Kommunikation, der nette Empfang und auch die guten Tipps, fanden wir sehr hilfreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht von der traumhaft schönen Terrasse und den super schönen Sonnenuntergang vermisse ich jetzt schon. Wir konnten an einem Morgen sogar Delfine beobachten. Es war alles sehr sauber. Auch fanden wir den Sonnenschirm und die Strandstühle super. Wir können das Haus und die tollen Gastgeber sehr empfehlen!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

Pier e Pilar sono stati host eccezionali. Gentili, prodighi di consigli e pronti ad accogliere le richieste legate alle esigenze del nostro piccolo di 10 mesi. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione ed è in una zona tranquilla e arieggiata. La spiaggia più bella di Chia è a meno di 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa. Ottima anche l’accoglienza e l’assistenza in loco di Patrizia. Cortesia e gentilezza qui sono di casa.

The photos don't do this villa justice. The property is incredible! Our family of 5 had the BEST week at Simona and Renato's villa. The beach is a quick walk away, groceries are a short drive, lots of restaurants within 20 minutes and Cagliari is more charming than we could have expected. We all **really** hope to visit again and stay at Simona's villa!

Unser Urlaub in Elmiras Haus war sehr schön! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus war wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit Enrico hat reibungslos funktioniert, Enrico war sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Der Strand Sa Ruxi ist fussläufig in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar und auch Villasimius ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Unterkunft wirkt auf den Fotos zwar größer, was uns nicht gestört hat. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Kommunikation erfolgte überwiegend über den Sohn der Gastgeberin, der sehr gut Englisch spricht und uns hilfreiche Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist groß und sauber, und der Ausblick war sehr schön. Für den Gastgeber war es okay, dass uns auch mal Freunde am Pool besucht haben. Ein Hinweis für Hundebesitzer: Unser unkastrierter Rüde und die freilaufende Hündin auf dem Grundstück ließen sich nur schwer voneinander trennen, was zu etwas Aufwand geführt hat. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber konnte jedoch eine Lösung gefunden werden.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Sehr schönes Anwesen in traumhafter Lage mit Panoramablick auf‘s Meer. Es war komplett ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der wunderschöne Strand Is Traias ist innerhalb von 5 min fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Andrea war sehr nett, die Übergaben haben unkompliziert funktioniert und zusätzlich erhielten wir zahlreiche wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gern wieder.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Michele,ein sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Vermieter. Empfangen wurden wir mit einer Flasche Prosecco und kleiner Brotzeit sehr lieb. Sehr gut zu erreichen wenn man Fragen hatte. Unterkunft wie beschrieben sehr Strand nah und kurz zu Fuß über ein Stück Privatweg zu erreichen. Klar könnte man Kleinigkeiten bemängeln bzw. einen Ratschlag geben wie eventuell mal neue etwas bequemere Terrassenmöbel ,aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau 😃. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Aber vielleicht gar nicht so gut,denn wenn sich erstmal rumspricht wie schön Sardinien ist ,kommen ja so viele auf die Insel. Bis jetzt geht das mit dem Tourismus noch hatten wir das Gefühl.

Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio. La casa era estremamente ben attrezzata e aveva tutto ciò che si poteva desiderare. La casa e il terreno erano molto ben tenuti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto che l'alloggio fosse un po' isolato nella campagna (ma tutto era facilmente raggiungibile in auto e velocemente in centro o sulle varie spiagge) ed era tranquillo. Inoltre, durante il nostro soggiorno non c'erano vicini di casa diretti. La casa era molto ben attrezzata con vari utensili per la pulizia. La conversazione con Manuela via cellulare è stata semplice e rispettosa. Anche il nostro cane è stato il benvenuto in casa. Il giardino era recintato e c'erano le ciottole per il cane. Prenoteremmo di nuovo un soggiorno a Villa Lú in qualsiasi momento!

We spent our 1 week family vacation here and it was just amazing! A house is spacious enough even for 2-3 families together. It was clean and well-equipped with everything that's needed. Maria-Elena was a great host, helped us promptly in the process of preparations and even during our stay. The location is lovely, a calm and quiet village. The most beautiful beach is accesible in just a few minutes of walking, thus a perfect chioce even with small kids. Our absolute favourite was the huge veranda with breathtaking view. Just the perfect spot for big-family dinners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a calm and private vacation with a group or bigger family. Sehr schönes Appartement und sehr freundliche Gastgeber in einer Traimgegend (perfekte Strände und dauernd gutes Wetter). Gute Empfehlungen der Gastgeber zu Restaurants und Ausflügen. Sie waren immer schnell erreichbar wenn es eine Frage oder ein Problem gab. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt

Pro: posizione splendida, con doppio affaccio (anche se con casa di fronte) su poetto e molentargius. Completamente ristrutturata. Tutto il necessario presente anche per stare più giorni. Cons: letto un po' piccolo e materasso non comodissimo. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Prezzo alto. In generale, siamo stati benissimo. Daniela sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ritorneremo.
