We were coming to Stella for Christmas to be with relatives and this space was not only in the same neighborhood as them, but was exactly what we needed. The fenced yard for our dog was so helpful and the house was beautiful. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. Everything you need and more to cook, relax and enjoy.

Wendy’s Airbnb strives to make her home a home away from home, and did she accomplish just that! The home was lovely and in the most peaceful neighborhood. Wendy was a great host. She was always quick to respond, super knowledgeable of the area, and very kind. I recommend staying here and would love to visit again!

We love this place — sparkling water views, peace and quiet, birdlife all around, lawn seating to lounge in every corner, deck seating, both in the sun and shade, and a super helpful host. The cottage feels like you are far away from the crowds, although only 5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Don’t miss out!

Sunnyvale of Swansboro was perfectly located for our family's needs. We have relatives living in Cape Carteret, we attended a wedding in Maysville, and enjoyed the beach on Emerald Isle. I particularly enjoyed the primary bathroom that had a large shower, great water pressure and nice smelling shampoo, conditioner & body wash. I also appreciated the ample sized bathroom vanity that had many drawers and plenty of room to stow our toiletries. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and provided clear instructions regarding checking in and checking out. When we arrived, it was particularly hot outside; however, the house was extremely welcoming and pleasantly cooled by the effective AC. They even left fresh eggs for us, that they got from their neighbors! We read in their welcome letter that they have big plans for their property and this home is just the beginning of their beautiful vision. We would definitely stay there again.

The shack is a great place to stay, the neighborhood is very peaceful while being just a few minutes from everything! The house is very well kept, everything is clean and very organized! Joshua is a very attentive host, he was happy to answer any questions I had and was fast at responding! This place is 10/10, Are family will definitely be back!!
