Holiday rentals with beach access in Cape Charles

Awesome home and host!!!! Definitely a hidden gem that’s very close to the beach!!

We had an overall great stay at Sam’s place! My group and I were only in town for one night for a concert and this place accommodated us very well. It was exactly as described and everything was clean. It may seem small but it holds 6 people very comfortably! It was easy to find and easy to check-in. Thank you for hosting us and accommodating and early check-in!

Location, location, location! Being right on the beach and having such a beautifully cultivated outdoor space was so nice! Really enjoyed amenities like the outdoor shower, beach chairs, and the hot tub.

We were extremely pleased with this great apartment. Everything we needed was there. We loved the interior decoration. Your artwork is beautiful. Our daughter loved your books. One particular thing for me is that the bed is more comfortable than what i have at home. That allowed for some great night's sleep after the days of exploring the state park and refuges. The location made it very easy to visit Cape Charles every day after doing other planned activities. I personally like the fact that it's very quiet and peaceful though it's location is at a crossroads. Thank you for allowing us to spend a few days in your wonderful abode. If ever we plan another visit to The Eastern Shore, we will certainly try to rent from Gail again.

Maia’s place was super clean and comfortable, the bathroom was nice and it was exactly as described. We had a nice stay here.

This Airbnb was perfect for a weekend getaway. The place was conveniently close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is pristine and I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay. The bed was very comfortable too!

Our family has been coming to Cape Charles for our summer beach trip for the past 4 years. This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! We thought it would be great based on the photos and descriptions, but they honestly cannot do justice to how beautiful the inside of the house and backyard are. As we walked in and unpacked we all just said, "WOW." The house was pristine and very well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable - it's rare for all 5 of us to sleep well on a trip but we all did here. There are so many little details in the decor that we continually admired. The owners have done such a good job making this home a beautiful oasis. Our favorite part was the backyard space and the she shed, and one of my favorite parts was the waterfall shower in the master bath. The location is perfect. Right between the beach and the shops, and right across the street to the market, mini golf, and brewery. 10/10. we can't wait to book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s place! It was private and beautiful! The house also contained everything we could possibly need from kayaks to a pack and play! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful house, especially if you like a lot of room. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants, in a pretty neighborhood of historic homes. So charming. It might make you move to Cape Charles.

Absolutely amazing stay. The house is beautiful and the location could not be better. The biggest regret I have is not staying longer. If you are thinking about booking, do yourself a favor and do it now!

I HIGHLY recommend staying at Casa de Coconut! The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is updated and very well appointed (with labeled drawers/cabinets and plenty of space for our food, which I appreciate)! It matches the photos and descriptions perfectly. It's an easy walk to the beach and literally one block to restaurants and the best ice cream shop ever. It has a great outdoor shower. We also recommend you rent golf carts for fun tooling around the town. Bradley is super responsive to any question and even accommodated us getting into the house a bit early on this trip when our plans changed. This is the second year we've rented this house (two families, each with 2 boys ages 8 and 11) and we will absolutely be back next summer!!

Our family loved this home and would absolutely stay again! It was clean and spacious and in an amazing location. We loved the fire pit and front porch, and our kids had a blast with the toys, games, and puzzles inside. The stocked shed was a huge help, and being able to rent the golf cart was so convenient. My elderly parents greatly appreciated the first-floor bedroom. I’d highly recommend, especially for families or larger groups.

We stayed at Matt's place for our 33rd wedding anniversary weekend. What a beautiful and peaceful home on the water! We loved the screened-in porch on mornings and at sunset especially, and we only wish we could have stayed longer! We hope to return soon!

This was the perfect place to stay for my cousins wedding. I loved the front porch and swing and the barn was a huge hit. There was a park right across the street and you are a quick golf cart/walk away from the beach and town! Mike was very responsive when I had additional questions. Very kid and pet friendly

Gorgeous ocean views, great location, the balcony was the favorite spot the entire stay! Comfortable furniture, nice little cozy condo! Highly recommend the stay if you’re in the area!

Clean and Spacious for Four people. Great kitchen Space. But could use a better couch Seating in living room. Bedrooms. And beds were great. Would rent again.

We loved this place! We have stayed in Cape Charles many times and this is one of our favorite places. The beach chairs are a nice touch and the place was very clean. Plenty of space for the entire family and the master bed was extremely comfortable.

What an amazing stay! I've never been satisfied with an Airbnb, the photos always are so much nicer than the reality - but Big Blue was actually even better than advertised! Merlyn's communication prior to arrival made things very easy. Accessing the unit was simple, and I felt safe with the self-locking doors. The unit was clean and so comfortable, with many personal touches - I instantly felt at home. I was overjoyed when I arrived and toured the unit. Really exceeded my expectations which was such a different feeling than all the other Airbnb I've rented over the years. The beach access was tidy and pretty, the gym and beach gear a nice touch, and the foot wash station was appreciated after my morning walks with the dog. I really can't say enough great things about my stay here. Hosts were friendly and helpful every step of the way. We mostly spent our time traveling around the area from VA Beach to OBX so I can't speak much about Norfolk/Ocean View. I would def rent Big Blue again.

Our first time to Chincoteague Island and it was very beautiful and peaceful! In the off season, it's a great place to go for a relaxing getaway. We rented a Moke and drove around the island including Assateague Island which was lots of fun. The unit had beautiful views of the sunset and was in walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to other restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean and exactly what the pictures showed.
