Yacht Club Beauty....walking distance to the beach

Our house is walking distance from the Cape Coral Yacht Club & Beach. We have five bicycles with baskets in good working condition, You're going to want to cruise this fabulous neighborhood! This area is sought after because its so close to everything.....I recently installed a level three EV 50 amp dewalt charging station, free to use with permission.
