We loved staying here! Our favorite part of the day was relaxing here. Appreciated the baby items available (crib, pack n’ play, high chair), beach & pool gear, & the well-stocked kitchen (spices, cooking oil, cookware, etc). All of these little details made our stay extremely comfortable.

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. Belle's Tropic Spot was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. Lindsay was very responsive and clear in her instructions. The house was cute and extremely clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to cook meals and light breakfasts. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows, linens, and pool towels. The pool and patio were amazing and we relaxed and enjoyed the pool and sunshine. We had 4 adults, but this place would easily work with children as well as there is another bedroom with 2 full beds. The laundry facilities were a plus as well. Perfect location for us. Great place!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

Susan and Marcus were incredible hosts! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly clean. Our check in process was very accommodating, and we loved all the special touches they added, such as music playing when we arrived and a homemade coaster to take home. We would come back and stay again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend this property and these hosts :)

Exceeded expectations felt at home great location

We had a great stay at Paul’s place in Cape Coral. There were four adults and two kids and we had lots of room. Having a pool was so helpful with two kids on the trip and we all enjoyed the hot tub especially since the nights were cool when we visited. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was spotless, the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful and the kitchen came with more equipment and supplies than some other Florida Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The BBQ by the bar doesn’t work, but there is another one in a different location (we didn’t end up using it). If you’d like the pool heated you can arrange this with Paul ahead of time for an additional fee. He was always very responsive whenever I reached out and lovely. A beautiful spot.

This was the perfect place for our family. The outdoor areas were definitely the highlight of our trip. The screened in portion and the pool/hot tub were the two places we spent most of our time. The rest of the house was spacious and clean. John and Tammie responded quickly if we had questions. We were also lucky enough to see some manatees in the canal behind the house! Highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral! The home was perfect—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it was the ideal place to relax and unwind. Great place right on the canals of Cape Coral, kids loved the pool, lots of close fun activities to do close by. Would stay again.

Fantastic Place! The pool and Hot Tub were clean and easy to heat. There was a small extra fee for electric but if you turn down the heat to the pool or hot tub at night your fees will be minimal. Outdoor Kitchen and grille was amazing, anyone who loves to cook will enjoy the professional grille. Beds were cozy, the place was perfect. Thank you Jana for the wonderful stay!🙌☀️🏖️🍸

They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

Was perfect for our group. We were visiting for a business meeting and a large house with four bedrooms (all with ensuites) meant we could extend our meeting discussions to morning and evening. Plenty of space to not get in each others way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described! The kids loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. Gina was responsive and helpful during our stay. Looking forward to visits in the future!

We had a great vacation in Cape Coral. The house was perfect and roomy. We were a group of 3 couples and never felt too crowded. Pool was great and just the right temperature. Cape Coral has so many great restaurants it's hard to pick. Really a great area. Would definitely rent this house again if we come back to Cape Coral.

We had the best time at Daniel’s place! The house was absolutely spotless and looked just like the photos. Check in/check out was easy, and there was plenty of restaurants nearby for us to enjoy. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and if we come back to the area we would definitely want to stay here again!

The property was hard to leave. It was exactly what we needed. It was so quiet and the landscaping around the pool area was wonderful. I would highly suggest this property and would definitely return. Pictures and description was spot on, no surprises with this one. Very responsive as I had a question regarding the pool and it was answered right away.

This place was beyond beautiful, and super peaceful! Super clean, and matched the photos exactly. Loved watching the dolphins swim by in the morning! And the beautiful sunset in the evening!
