Lake House - Recently Remodeled, Centrally Located

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Centrally located near the best of Wilmington - a 5 minute drive to historic downtown and an easy 15 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach! Well appointed with a comfortable King size bed, room to lounge on the sectional, and a full size kitchen for all of your cooking needs! Enjoy the shared backyard space with your own deck and grill. A side entrance to the backyard allows for privacy coming and going! Make yourself at home!

Centrally-located on the beautiful Cape Fear Coast, the PalmTreeHut is a charmingly-renovated Mid-Century garage that has preserved its authentic industrial/automotive charm, nestled among palm trees, with easy access to the Wilmington Riverfront, beaches, microbreweries, shops and natural beauty! As an extension of the tropically-themed PalmTreeHouse upstairs apartment, you may book the PalmTreeHut simultaneously for parties of four, or go solo on your Wilmington excursion.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

The home features a private entrance, living/dining area, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, porch, and off-street parking. You are a short drive from the many coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques that downtown has to offer. Head 8 miles in the opposite direction to Wrightsville Beach!
