Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. MacD, our housekeeper is on hand 24 hours to assist where necessary The house is safe and secure with guarded entrance. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy the surrounding majestic mountains. The Aloe Suite is nestled in the leafy neighbourhood of Courtrai in Southern Paarl. The double story space includes a kitchen, lounge and dining area on the lower level.Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom, en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. Guests have a private entrance,patio and barbeque area and shared use of the pool . There is parking on the premises, TV (with netflix ) and Wi-Fi. Laundry can be arranged at a fee. Bed for a minor /child can be arranged on request too

Luxury Self Catering Guest suite attached to modern private home in quiet neighbourhood, with private secure parking and private entrance. The suite has a spacious, sepatate living/dining area with full kitchen facility. The property is equipped with Solar power/battery on UPS, so the SA phenomenon of load shedding/ power outages have little to no impact on our guests. There's also rainwater storage, filtered and piped to the house in the event of municipal water supply issues.
