Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in Capestrano , located just steps from the historic main square. This 2-floor apartment is in a meticulously restored landmark building. Enjoy the convenience of a mini-market right in the building. Capestrano is in the beautiful Valle del Tirino in between the National parks of Gran Sasso and Majella. Sits above the lake of Capodacqua and the pristine Tirino river. Halfway in between the towns of L'Aquila and Pescara and only half an hour from Sulmona.

Typical stone house, completely renovated and nestled in the beautiful medieval village of Calascio, just 2,5 Km from the dramatic Rock (Rocca Calascio) and just 5 Km from Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Castel del Monte. The house consist of 2double bed rooms with view on the valley, a twin bedroom, a big livingroom, a full equipped kitchen and bathroom. The courtyard is perfect for breakfast or lunch, or just to stroll at the sun. Every comfort, including wi-fi,without losing the original feel.

Artist Studio apartment in historic palazzo

Welcome to one of four apartments at the recently restored 18 century Palazzo Galli. With vaulted ceilings throughout, and the walls adorned with original artwork, the apartment is part of an artist repopulation initiative known as "The Fontecchio International Airport", launched in 2020 by American artist Todd Thomas Brown. Iu Ruschiu

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

Abruzzo Farmhouse with Spectacular Views

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, completely immersed in nature. A private road leads you to a country house that is perfect for a couple or small family. The entire property, that sits on 6 hectares of land, is completely private and for the exclusive use of guests. The outdoor space comes complete with a wood burning hot tub. This is also completely private. The house is a 35 minute drive from Pescara Airport and 1 hour and 45 mins away from Rome.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Greta's house

Relax with all the families in this quiet place. The apartment is in an alley in the historic center of the village of Ofena, where children can play outdoors without danger. The home comes with all the new generation comforts. Peace is the predominant feature, although about 15 km away there are the most beautiful tourist places in the area (Rocca Calascio,Santo Stefano di Sessanio castle of Capestrano, Grotte di Stiffe, Il Tirino, Campo Imperatore).

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
