It is a casita alpujarreña in the municipality of Capileira, Granada, on the slopes of sierra nevada, it is a very quiet neighborhood in the Honduran part of the village, the house has 2 floors, in the first is the entrance with a toilet, a dining room with fireplace, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances, and on the second floor there is a bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with bed of 1.35, in one of them there is no window, and a terracita with views, to spend a few pleasant days!!

Cortijo Alguaztar, a little paradise

Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in a paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village with a short walk to the neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in the pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). Fast WiFi for working.

Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. The property is in Órgiva, surrounded by relaxing nature, Moorish cultural landscape and unspoilt mountain scenary.
