Great vacation home. We had a great week with 4 adults and 4 children. The house is superbly equipped and, despite the proximity to the airport, is rural but with good connections in all directions.

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

We had a wonderful stay in Sardinia in an absolutely superb house nestled in a pretty flowery residence. Fully equipped and decorated with originality and taste by the owner's father, who was a famous artist in the region. Quality bedding in the 3 bedrooms Beautiful view of the sea and the pool from the terrace. A huge thank you to the owners, who were remarkably kind and available. Welcoming, attentive and always ready to share their good addresses or to help, they largely contributed to making our stay unforgettable. We'll be happy to go back!

Julian was a very responsive host he always answered messages super quick. Any problems or issues were responded and dealt with at the earliest opportunity. Recycling is huge in Sardinia and prior to arrival Julian communicated the procedure so on arrival with help of instructions we knew exactly what was expected and found it easy to carry out. The property is in a beautiful area with surrounding countryside and lovely walks with spectacular views and something I enjoyed taking full advantage of while watching the sun rise across the sea. The property is also conveniently located near to beautiful villages and beaches I would suggest you hire a car as it is quite rural and taxis are expensive. We had an amazing time and cannot praise Sardinia enough, it exceeded our expectations and Julian’s property was perfect to explore the Northeast of Sardinia.

One of the top homes we have stayed with AirBnB. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a pieceful and relaxing trip to this region - beautiful home, fantastic swimming pool, and 15-20 minutes drive to great beaches.

The four of us stayed for a week at the end of September and had great weather. Beautiful location, very comfortable accommodation and great for exploring surrounding area. A car is necessary but found the driving very easy. We had a wonderful week!

We had a great time staying at the place. There was everything you needed. The kitchen had everything you want. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The property has a beautiful view and is superbly located to visit many beaches in the area. In the morning you can see the sunrise and in the evening it is very quiet there. We will definitely be back!! Franco was always available and informed us about everything. Thank you!

We had a good journey and with the description of the location, the house was easy to find. Check in was possible for us earlier, thank you for that! Antonello welcomed us warmly and explained everything superbly. The house is great, everything is great. Every room is air-conditioned! Quiet, very beautiful location. San Teodoro is quick to reach and beaches are nearby. I especially liked the outdoor shower that I enjoyed every morning in the sun :)! The view of the sea from up there is particularly natural, magnificent. Especially in the early morning of the sunrise. It couldn't be better! All in all, everything was great and we were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation with many experiences and impressions. Thanks again to the host! We would love to come again as guests!

We had a great time at Carlos' place. The house is very modern and well equipped. In the kitchen, you can also find everything you need to cook, and in the refrigerator, there is a large freezer compartment, and the beds are very comfortable. You can have breakfast on the terrace in the morning in the sun. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The nearest larger town (Orosei) is about 10 minutes away. You can walk to the beaches or park your car directly on the beach. In the off-season, it was very quiet on the beaches and you could park anywhere.

Truly a hidden jem of Airbnb. From the first picture I new we need to stay there. House has an amazing terrace and a roof top, views are stunning 🤩 Elias is a great host, met us in front of the house and was very helpful Definitely would return here once more!

This place is a true gem. Even more beautiful than the pictures. The terrace feels like it’s on top of the sea! Can’t recommend it enough.

We spent wonderful days and enjoyed the apartment with all your amenities very much. The view is fantastic, the apartment was very clean at the time of handover and you felt right at home.

A house with a beautiful location and beautiful views on 2 sides. Beautiful and fully furnished, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom. Large bedrooms with good (big!) beds. Both terraces have good garden furniture and always find a place with sun or shade. Lots of beautiful beaches in the area. Really deliciously eaten in an agriturismo on the recommendation of Jeanny, the friendly and helpful host.

Maria is a friendly and helpful hostess. It makes you feel at home. Beautiful apartment in a villa, classy and stylish. Really elegant and comfortable. the house was very clean with everything you need, the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. i'll definitely be back!

This place is a little slice of heaven- if you are even considering booking, this is your sign to just do it! The olive grove, the hammock…it’s honestly a delight.

We were initially hesitant to book this place since it's a new listing with only a few reviews, but we're so glad we took the chance Andrea's apartment truly exceeded our expectations! The space was spotless upon arrival, and Andrea was kind enough to accommodate our late check-in, even though there's a set time window. The apartment looks recently remodeled with brand-new furniture, and everything felt thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The location is peaceful and ideal if you have a car-just 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket, with beautiful beaches only a short drive away. We explored several beaches that were within 15-30 minutes, and San Teodoro was just 10 minutes from the apartment. One of the best highlights was the outdoor shower, which became the perfect refresh after long beach days. We traveled with our five-year-old, and she absolutely loved the bunk bed - it made her feel right at home and excited to return after our outings. We will definitely book it again!

If you're looking for a place where you can feel at home for a while and take a break from the present, this is the place for you. Beautiful mountain views. Spokoje town (at least in Luti, I don't know how it is in high season). Manuela was wonderful to host us! There is no wifi in the apartment (I write this for people who don't read the description and read the feedback), we didn't mind at all, because we spent our free time with cards and talking. The kitchen is equipped as if someone lived there all the time, you have everything there. I highly recommend it!

Giuseppina was so friendly and accommodating. This place is situated in a small village away from the big cities, and holds a very special charm. Perfect for a short stay!

We felt very comfortable with Francesco and Simona. The house was clean and modern, everything you need was available. We enjoyed the peace and quiet on the large terrace. You could quickly get to the village or the beach by car.

A lovely host. Elena gave instructions to manage our arrivals. Our boys arrived before us. Elena's house is spacious for 2 adults and 2 young adults. We loved the exteriors (manicured and neat gardens) and many enjoyed the 2 terraces either for dinner or idleness. The geographical location of the house is perfect for visiting Northeast or Southeast Sardinia. Main roads allow for quick travel. In summary, we had a quiet and ultra relaxing green vacation. We leave Elena's house with nostalgia for the happy holiday moments spent in her house.

We had 2 wonderful weeks with Angela and Antonio. We were very warmly welcomed and the communication was great. The sea view is fantastic and totally relaxing. The immediate surroundings of the house were very nicely done with many colorful plants. The kitchen was also really well equipped. From there, we were able to easily reach both the bays near Olbia and the famous bays around Cala Luna by car. Very close (visible from the balcony) there are also several beautiful long sandy beaches with very clear water. Overall, absolutely recommended and a great price-performance ratio.

Mario is very nice and takes care of everything. We were allowed to harvest the remnants of summer from the vegetable garden. Orosei is a beautiful city and the beach is a 10-minute walk away.
