The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Si accede alla casa da una scale esterna. La pergola esterna è arredata con tavolo e sedie/sdraio La spiaggia, distante circa 250 metri, è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La casa dispone di un giardino, con prato, riservato di 200mq ca.
