You’ll love it for its outdoor areas with plenty of spaces for relaxing, the outdoor kitchen, the sun-lounging area, and the hot tub, all for the exclusive use of the apartment’s guests, as well as for the view of Fetovaia Bay, which you can enjoy in complete tranquility. In addition, the house is furnished with care and equipped with every comfort. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Casa nel Bosco, 2 km from Seccheto (the last km is unpaved), 6 minutes by car, is located in an amphitheater 200 meters above sea level, in an oasis of peace and silence. In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

The outdoor pateo has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with table and chairs/lounge chairs Naregno Beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot. Ideal to spend days at the beach without having to use the car.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
