Relax in the greenery of the Abruzzo Apennines

Very welcoming and well-equipped house just a stone's throw from the charming historic center of Cappadocia, a typical village of Marsica, gateway to the Simbruini Mountains Natural Park. Perfect for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city and spend some time in nature. Very cool in summer, and quite close to the Camporotondo ski slopes; immersed in charming woods for long walks, riding stables for horseback excursions, and historical-archaeological beauties that the area offers.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground. Guests can enjoy, in addition to the large interior spaces of the house, the swimming pool at their disposal with adjoining solarium, a terrace overlooking the pool and surrounding mountains and a large garden.

An attic between the mountains and the river

My cozy attic is in the village of Civitella Roveto, very close to typical restaurants and nature parks, such as the Zompo lo Schippo Reserve. From the village you can reach the most important tourist and naturalistic destinations in Abruzzo thanks to the excellent location of the village that is surrounded by greenery but convenient to reach.
