Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Capraia e Limite

Wat hebben wij het getroffen bij Tenuta Verde. Monica en Daniele zijn gastvrouw en heer pur sang. Alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld. Warm welkom bij aankomst, een welkomspakket waarmee je de eerste avond en ochtend mee doorkomt. Alle vorige lovende recensies zijn helemaal waar. Tips over de omgeving wat er te doen is naast de grote bezienswaardigheden en waar je lekker kan eten en het beste ijs kunt kopen. Warme persoonlijkheden die altijd voor je klaar staan. Daniele kwam zelfs 2 keer eigengemaakte wijn brengen, heerlijk. Het huis is zo fijn "thuiskomen" na een lange dag weg. Heerlijk de rust in de tuin en om het huis. We missen het nu al. We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. We hebben een week doorgebracht in het huis van Stella en Tessa. Het is een sfeervol en authentiek ingericht appartement. Het ligt tussen de bergen omringd door olijfbomen maar steden zoals Lucca en Florence liggen niet ver weg. Het huis was heel schoon en lekker koel bij warme temperaturen. Er is voldoende schaduw rondom het huis. We hebben een kookles bij Stella gevolgd, dit was leerzaam en heel gezellig. Stella bedankt voor je vriendelijkheid, de heerlijke Italiaanse gerechten en je tips over de omgeving. Groeten, Margret en Toin

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

Leonardo’s place was the stuff Tuscan dreams are made of. When you think of a beautiful authentic Tuscan getaway, this is it! Leonardo was super quick to respond when we had questions. He had left us wine and cheese and helpful information as well. Just FYI -The bedrooms and bathrooms were up a narrow stair case so we just left our suitcases downstairs which worked out fine for us but could be an issue if you have mobility issues. We stayed out in the lounge chairs and hammocks for hours; if you walk down into the olive groves and to the right, you can see the sunset over the incredible Tuscan hills. Our only issue was finding it both times we drove in - the first day, we took a wrong turn and ended up on a one-lane dirt road but miraculously came out on the main road and found it easily from there. Coming home from Siena the next day, we took a different route so then got confused. But these inconveniences were outweighed by everything else. Highly recommend!!

Nous sommes ravis de ces vacances chez Vanda, ou la situation du logement permet un access facile à de nombreux sites à visiter dans les environs. La maison est calme et bien équipée. Le jardin offre un espace de détente bien verdoyant et ombragé. Vanda est une hôte éminemment sympathique et discrète au petits soins pour ses visiteurs et qui réussit, malgré des difficultés de langue, à établir un climat bienveillant. Nous avons été privilégié d'avoir pu faire sa connaissance et nous garderons d'excellents souvenirs de notre sejour.

We loved it here! It was such a sweet little home and so beautiful. The views are amazing and our host was so kind. She gave us a great dinner recommendation and was helpful with any questions we had! Great stay would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Very beautiful place located in the heart of Florence the views from the bedroom are absolutely stunning and breathtaking. Yes there are a lot of steps to reach the top to the apartment but worth it once you see the view would recommend to anyone going to Florence.

Sunflower è bellissima!! Un oasis de paix! La vue y est si magnifique que nous avons opté de toujours souper à la maison afin d’assister au majestueux spectacle que la nature nous offre: le coucher de soleil!! Il y a quelques appartements dans le complexe, mais on se sentait seuls puisque les espaces jardins sont biens divisés. Le secteur est paisible, mais en même temps près de Sienne et de plusieurs merveilleuses régions de la Toscane facilement accessibles en voiture. Le livre d’instructions, disponible à l’appartement est complet. Il comprend aussi des suggestions de parcours très agréables. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de Lorenzo, papa de Marta, qui nous a très bien expliqué les fonctionnalités de l’appartement. Merci pour la bouteille de vin, très apprécié! Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement! Nous y avons pris de nombreuses photos, mais aucune ne reflète entièrement l’extrême beauté du paysage. Grazzie mille Marta & tutta la famiglia!

We had an amazing week in the villa. Even if hou have other people living there, you feel so calm and free. There is a designated spot for each appartements to eat so you can enjoy good time outside. The site is so clean and we ser that the host take good care of everything. We had a lot of recommandations to discover te surroundings and the host was so easy to reach when we needed. All the commodities were there, the appartement is well equiped. I strongly suggest to rent a car, it’s the easiest way to enjoy your stay there. I surely recommand this place and I would go back again.

We stayed here for a few nights and had a fantastic time! The views were amazing, and the place was very spacious and clean. Lapo was fantastic - really helpful, even picking us up and dropping us back off at the bus stop. We'd highly recommend!

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

This was just what I was looking for. A Tuscan villa in the hills with a rustic style outside but excellent on inside. There was more space than expected: 3 queen size rooms and one twin, with 3 bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The library in the living space looks great (although you have to read Italian). Modern kitchen and great facilities. One minor challenge is the 3.7k drive off the main road to get to the property a you get used to it! Loved listening to the Cuckoos and other birds from the veranda Tommaso was an excellent and helpful host.

We had a fantastic time staying here! I’ve been recommending it to everyone! Also, Pistoia is an amazing place to visit so all around amazing!

Wow-10 days spent at Alec's villa and could have stayed longer! The age and beauty of this place makes you feel transported back in time. From the stone walls, the detailed wall paintings, furniture and decor, to the solid doors easily hundreds of years old... We spent hours just speaking of it's history. The house is clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our family of 8. It is situated on a small family vineyard at the top of an incredibly windey road. There outdoor space was safe/secluded for my kids. The hill made for wonderful beautiful views and sunrise. However, as with much of Tuscany, we were glad our rental cars weren't too big! The closest town is 5 minutes away and has a few restaurants... Though not somewhere you can have coffee or walk the streets. About 15 minutes away is San Casciano where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, stores etc. Alec is a perfect host... helpful, responsive, and answered dozens of questions weekly. Book dinner at A Casa Mia for sure!

Die herrliche Aussicht kann man sowohl als Paar, als auch mit Freund*innen wunderbar genießen. Es ist sehr ruhig und an allem gedacht worden: draußen gibt es sehr bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten, einen Grill und Pool. Im Garten duftet es überall nach Jasmin. Auch innen fehlt an nichts. Das Haus ist perfekt und befindet sich am perfekten Ort. Nach 20 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man San Gimignano. Einfach ein Traum und immer wieder eine Reise wert 😍

Beatrice was an amazing host. She was very responsive to our questions and always very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. This was the perfect place for our group of 8 adults for 2 weeks. The location was perfect for visiting various sites around Tuscany. Florence, Cortona, Siena and Pisa. The nearby town of Greve had some nice little restaurants for lunch/dinner. After a long day of sightseeing we would gather on the patio to have charcuterie and wine. Or gather at the family style dining table each evening. We highly recommend having Beatrice provide a home cooked meal, it was excellent! There are several wineries and olive oil tastings in the area. We took advantage of many of them. Overall we were very happy and very comfortable with our stay. We highly recommend staying here. If we ever come back we are definitely staying here again. You'll definitely get the true feel of Tuscany.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Marta und ihrer Familie hätte schöner nicht sein können. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Anwesen ist absolut weitläufig, liebevoll ausgestattet, unglaublich toll gepflegt und mit Liebe geführt. Marta und Ihre Familie sind absolut liebenswert und kümmern sich ganz reizend um ihre Gäste. Es werden einem alle Wünsche erfüllt. Der Pizza-Abend war ganz wunderbar und für uns ein gelungener Abschluss unseres Aufenthaltes. Wer traumhaftes, abgelegenes toskanisches Ambiente und liebevolle Gastgeber sucht ist in "Poggio del Fattore" genau richtig.

Our Villa in Montespertoli was everything we could have wished for and more, full of all the modern conveniences required to cook if desired. The grounds were absolutely delightful and the hillside backdrop of grapevines etc was stunning to wake up to every morning in a secluded and peaceful place. We enjoyed many mornings having coffee around the poolside deck and afternoons sharing a glass of wine chatting with our friends after our many touring adventures. You definitely need to have a car to enjoy this Villa and surrounding areas like Pisa, Siena, hot Springs, San Gimignano to name a few. Our Caretaker Lia cooked us a delicious Sri Lankan dinner to share on our last night which we enjoyed immensely. Thankyou for hosting us in your home, we didn’t want to leave.

The home was located about 1/2 mile from several quaint small towns. Many great restaurants and tours through the beautiful hills and wine country. Very relaxing for family, friends or just to see you unwind by yourself. I highly recommend this location. Take advantage of tours arranged by Nicollo'and his family. We had a ball! Thank you.
