The Capri Beach House Residencial Familiar has two apartments available for rent. The 2nd floor of the residential is located, being a studio for 4 people and an apartment with 3 bedrooms for 8 people (with independent rentals). A common area has a gourmet barbecue area with kitchen (see house rules) and a rooftop pool with a gazebo with a privileged view of Babitonga Bay. Inside the house there is an apartment on the ground floor where the Host and the Owner reside.
