L'appartamento, di 70 m², ha un ingresso indipendente, cucina funzionante, lavatrice ed è predisposto l'utilizzo a persone con limitata mobilità. Inoltre si affaccia su un ampio giardino interno con vista sulle Langhe a disposizione degli ospiti. L'appartamento è nuovo: è stato aperto a Luglio 2021
