A few meters away, you will find metro and bus stations that connect to the entire city, as well as supermarkets, stores, and a wide range of restaurants on the same street. Rooms: Spacious living room with sofa bed, Smart TV, dining room and air conditioning. It also has a washing machine and central air conditioning. The apartment has automatic blinds that make it easy to control the amount of light that enters the room. Kitchen: Modern and functional, with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, ceramic hob, refrigerator and utensils. A welcome cleaning kit is included. Bedroom: The apartment has a single bedroom with a double bed, which does not have a TV or a desk. The bathroom is spacious, with a walk-in shower and an adapted toilet, which guarantees maximum accessibility and comfort. Important: No food or condiments are provided. In addition, the building has free lockers for guests, subject to availability. They are perfect if you arrive before the apartment is ready or if you need to leave your luggage after check-out. To use them, a €1 coin is required, which is returned when the key is taken. Finally, a crib and high chair are available upon request. We just need you to request them in advance so we can have them ready for your arrival. Our apartment complies with all tourist regulations in force in Spain. Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
