Beachfront holiday rental in Caracol Beach

We booked Mami’s condo for a June girls trip and it was perfect for us! We used Resort Pass to buy day passes to a few all inclusives in the area. Having a clean condo with a beautiful view, a gym, a rooftop bar/pool in a gated community was such a nice alternative to being stuck at a super busy all inclusive for a week. The condo was such a nice, quiet space to land after a busy day at the beach or sitting poolside at a resort. We checked out the cenotes, Secrets at Isla Muljeres (this is a must do,) got massages and facials at the Waldorf Astoria, did some shopping and had an awesome time exploring good restaurants. Our only gripe was the front gate insists you keep a wrist band on your wrist the entire week and would sass us when we just attached them to our wallets. I understand security is important but wearing a plastic wristband for a week that you cant remove felt unnecessary. No fault of Mami’s, she is a perfect host and very communicative/helpful/kind! Book it!

Apartment very well located in a very nice area, spacious, tidy, safe, comfortable, easy to access, a few meters from public transport stops, restaurants and supermarkets and beaches a few minutes walk. Adequate quality/price ratio and totally according to the description and photos published. The hosts are always attentive, very kind and provide information. In short, recommended.

Great place for family gatherings. Beach is with in walking distance. Host provided beach towels sand toys for the little ones and cart with ice chest. Would stay here again!

Super energy, great stay The directions were great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt comfortable immediately. The view is awesome, but I also liked the flair of the back of the house, so the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water ready and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a large purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, super. At night, the beach was loud: people, music and motorcycle shows. It is only fair to mention this for people who have a light sleep. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Zair's place was great! It was exactly what I needed for a week long stay. Playa Caracol was just a walk away (although Sargassum season is no joke). Nearby all the night life if thats what you're interested in, but you dont hear ANY of the noise (you can literally just stumble home). UBERS do work in Mexico, so its an easy uber away to all of the malls, restaurants, other beaches (I recommend Playa Langosta - very expansive, lots of space to put down a towel and just relax OR get on the ferry to Isla Mujeres - MUST DO). The unit Itself was very chill. The AC was very cold, the blinds blocked out the sun. Theres plenty of spare blankets around the unit to layer if you're too cold. Shower pressure was great. The only thing that was kinda difficult was the hot plate/stove thing. Difficult to use/understand. Other than that, really great stay. There is someone at the front desk all the time, It felt very safe. Walking distance to Starbucks, grocery store, restaurants. Zair was wonderful!

Everything is fine. Some minor cleaning details such as the curtains. For everything else, very good. The beach is steps away. The restaurants across the street are very good. The oxxo is left walking.

Very comfortable, good facilities, great service, the family felt very good.

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

The location is excellent, inside a hotel with security and a beautiful view. Impeccable cleanliness, easy access, well-equipped kitchenette, 24/7 functional refrigerator, air conditioning and very clean bathroom. Julio and Aileen are super attentive hosts. The routes pass right outside and the tours pick you up right there. It's not a resort, but it's more than good. Only detail: be careful when entering/leaving the shower-tub due to the height. Even so, everything was perfect! I would return without hesitation! Highly recommended, 5 stars!! Thank you very much for everything, 100% recommended, place, host, stay, everything!

Excellent location, very friendly staff and very clean apartment with everything you need. The only drawback is the general maintenance of the building, which is very neglected, but that is more of the general building than the accommodation itself.

AMAZING VIEWS!! This place was very clean from the inside. Gianmarco responded very quickly & even left welcome drinks which was great to cool off. The AC was very powerful and kept the whole room cool.

I enjoyed my stay! Thanks to, Rosie. Super attentive and helpful. The place is as described. Had a minor issue with work being done in room above us, but she responded promptly and handled it like a host who truly cared! Room 1403 and 3605 have an amazing view, comfortable beds, nice kitchen space and amenities and everything seemed clean and updated. The food at the buffet style was restaurant by the pool isn’t really good, but when you need something quick to eat, it works out! But that’s typical hotel/resort food, I feel. To conclude, I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed Cancun! I recommend this Airbnb🥰

Excellent place, the view is spectacular from the apartment balcony, the reception service and the cleanliness is fantastic, my only drawback is that there was a coffee maker but no coffee, otherwise everything is wonderful.

Hard to describe how magical the shell houses were! Each house was incredible and unique, filled with thoughtful details and artistic touches. Miss Vanessa was amazing and helped arrange many things to celebrate my birthday including a private chef. Our group of friends loved the stay, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend, it’s dreamy!

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

An incredible stay, beautiful location right by plenty of shops and restaurants in the hotel district of Cancun. Excellent recommendations and help with excursions from a very responsive host. We are both excited to come again!
