Waterfront holiday rentals in Caracol Beach

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

The location is excellent, inside a hotel with security and a beautiful view. Impeccable cleanliness, easy access, well-equipped kitchenette, 24/7 functional refrigerator, air conditioning and very clean bathroom. Julio and Aileen are super attentive hosts. The routes pass right outside and the tours pick you up right there. It's not a resort, but it's more than good. Only detail: be careful when entering/leaving the shower-tub due to the height. Even so, everything was perfect! I would return without hesitation! Highly recommended, 5 stars!! Thank you very much for everything, 100% recommended, place, host, stay, everything!

Great host will be coming back again for sure ! The lady came checked on us gave us towels tissue when needed they was amazing gave us places to eat and stores to shop at had a wonderful time

Every thing & everyone were super! Condo is very nice & comfy! Great location, the view is amazing. Private but also had the amenities of the property (great restaurants on site, bellmen, tour arrangements in lobby & store for basic needs ). We spent our anniversary & my husband’s birthday here for 7nights. We’re pleasantly surprised by hosts on our special occasion. So much to see & do so close by! Larger grocery just a bus stop away. Pool & beach chairs always were always available. Great security on site 24/7. The bed was amazingly 🥰so very comfortable (and I am picky). The air conditioning was super! Trust me, central ac is a must in Mexico!! (for me anyways) and I am from a hot/humid climate in the USA. The washer/dryer was a nice plus as well ! I have been coming to Areas in Mexico for 30 years and would highly recommend this condo!! Would definitely come back. Thank you Juan & Edith for making our vacation one to remember 😘😘.

Great location, 10min walk to the beach and ferry. House itself was clean and quiet, AC worked great. Hosts were helpful when needed and did not hover or check in unnecessarily.

Gabriela and her team were very helpful! They accommodated all my requests in regards to check in because I thought I was going to arrive late and when I didn't they still presented on time with the keys. In the city of Cancun, I had an unexpected situation and I when I informed Gina and her team they helped me. They found a Dr. for me and even helped me during my stay. They were very attentive during my stay and became friends from one day to the next. Every day they checked up on me and made sure I was well and safe. They connected me with resources. The apartment is safe, it is clean, it has its private pool, and I walked 15-20 minutes for food. Thank you Gina and Gaby! Gaby, gracias por ser mi angel!!!

Waves crashing right outside the window, waking up to the sunrise over the water, the tiny bar next door to grab an evening beer and listen to live music as the sun goes down. Walking distance to all of the north end restaurants, beaches and shops. This room is not fancy or luxurious but if you want a simple, affordable place to sleep with amazing views, it’s perfect!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our first trip to Isla Mujeres! Beautiful beach views and close to shops & restaurants on both the north & south ends of the island! The house was clean & comfortable with plenty of room for our 2 families. Communication with the concierge prior to the trip was wonderful & they had golf carts rented & delivered right to the house for us! Someone met us at the house when we arrived & showed us around & gave us all the info we needed. The pool was cool & refreshing on the hot days & they provided plenty of beach towels to use. My only complaint was that the WiFi was spotty & didn’t work in one of the upstairs rooms. Not sure if the issue was the house specifically or just reception on the island in general. Either way we managed to have a great time without it! :)

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment/condo! It was spacious, very well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The air-conditioning and ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was ideal for us - right in the centre of the island, so it’s nice and quiet, but still within easy reach of the vibrant North Beach and the more laid-back South. There are plenty of great restaurants all over the island, so you’re really spoiled for choice. The on-site bar and restaurant were a great bonus as it was super convenient, especially for a relaxing drink after a day in the sun. Any noise from the bar ended by 10 pm, so it never disturbed us. We also loved having access to three different swimming pools, especially the rooftop , which was quiet with great views. Julie is a great host who was very welcoming and responsive to our needs, thanks Julie! We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return.

Casie’s place is very mucho enjoyable and fun! The apartment it’s very clean and comfy. We spent the greatest time and most definitely we will be coming back we loved it!! Also thanks to Nicki ❤️ she was the greatest with her recommendations

What a beautiful location and place!! Sergio was really amazing! Him and Jose are great hosts. Sergio really went above and beyond hosting and made sure we had everything we needed. Any question or issue that came up in our travels he immediately responded and assisted, even if it meant going out of his way. Truly a great guy and we sincerely look forward to coming back to Cancún and staying at his place! Thank you for everything Sergio and Jose!! We appreciate you and this lovely experience!

Unit was exactly as described and included all amenities. Very spacious, nice balcony with a beautiful view at sunset. Had no issues with hot water. Host had sunscreen and bug spray for guests to use during their stay - a very nice touch. The rooftop area and pool are absolutely amazing, with a gorgeous view!

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment! Araceli was extremely helpful before and during our vacation. And quickly responsive. This is a beautifully decorated apartment and the complex is quiet and well maintained with multiple pools and a beach to enjoy. We ate twice at the poolside bar and the food was great. Cocktails too!There were plenty of loungers poolside or beachside to use. La Amada is away from the bustle of Cancun hotel zone which we enjoyed but it was helpful to have a car for places we wanted to visit. Also there are activity bookings close to La Amada as well. Nearby we visited The Flamingo restaurant twice. The service was friendly and the seafood menu good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful apartment located in a nice, safe area! The included facilities (beach club, roof top) are excellent. Can only recommend it, was the best AirBNB of our 2 weeks trip.

If you want an amazing location in Cancun without all the party crowd, this is the place for you. Amazing view, private pool and beach are just down the steps (steep) from your balcony. And they're an on-site restraunt and bar at the pool. This place isn't fancy, but the view and pool make it well worth the price.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.
