But the works created by the simple hand of the farmer certainly do not disfigure in the panorama that opens before your eyes. "...may your walk be light, traveler, and your heart light."

Newly renovated two-room apartment in the medieval village of Cossignano. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, living area with kitchen and sofa bed, bathroom and a balcony with a side table for two. In 5/10 minutes you go to the historic center, ideal for pleasant walks between panoramic views. In just 20 minutes by car you can reach San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare. A perfect corner for those who want to experience the Marche hills, without sacrificing the proximity of the sea.

If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

The country farm, surrounded by olive trees and centuries-old oaks, will be all for you just 25 minutes from the sea and an hour from the Sassotetto ski slopes. Ideal for couples or families looking for relaxation, our house is immersed in a silence of yesteryear. You are a 10-minute drive from Macerata and half an hour from the beaches. The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.
