Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Relax, read, drink prosecco or dine while watching amazing sunsets in the peaceful medieval village of Santa Vittoria. At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

Located in the heart of the Marche hills, Villa Meraviglia has been recently renovated with fine finishes. The house is located in Carassai, a town in the province of Ascoli Piceno, built on the ridge between the Aso river and the Menocchia stream, which enjoys a magnificent view of the valleys up to the Sibillini Mountains. It has a garden with a play area, fitness, swimming pool and consists of a large living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a large terrace with a beautiful view.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

A typical Mezzadrile farmhouse renovated respecting the authentic forms that the history of our land has left us. Completely surrounded by vineyards, it houses an underground cellar for the production and refinement of our Le Canà wine; the result of the work of the fourth generation of the Polini family. The farm has been certified organic for over 15 years. The cottage includes 4 apartments of different sizes, totally autonomous, with a private garden.

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy.
