Great location, walkable to both the train station and the city centre. Place was bigger than in pictures and is sparkling clean. Being in an older building, you do hear the neighbours a bit through the walls, but this is typical I guess, and didn’t bother me much as I was always out and it’s still quiet at night. All in all great value.

House is as, if not more, beautiful than the photos portray. It’s fantastically spacious and has all the amenities you could need for a few days or a few weeks. What made this place particularly special was how great the “Rent All Como” team was. They met us and helped with bags on arrival and met us to say good bye. One of the things I tend to miss with Airbnb vs a hotel is the concierge’s assistance with transport and restaurant bookings. The Rent All Como team however is as good or better than most 5* hotel concierge teams. Nothing is too much trouble and they are super responsive.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment in Via Crespi in Como and I can only highly recommend it. The location is simply perfect: situated in the heart of the city, just 30 meters from the lake, it allows you to fully experience the magic of Como with all its beauty at your fingertips. The apartment is very well maintained, very clean and very well equipped. The two bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, perfect for families or small groups, while the two bathrooms are modern, functional and truly impeccable. Special thanks go to Erik and Silvia, who were very kind and always available, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to experience Como at its best, in total comfort and in a truly privileged location.
