The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

The house is the ground floor of a terraced house, a few steps from the sea. Its proximity to the beach (30 m.) and the city center (6km) offers the possibility of experiencing the sea, nature, sport and the opportunity to learn about the history, and art of the native people. On the pedestrian promenade you can walk enjoying the view of the Sella del Diavolo or do sports. The numerous clubs on the beach offer good music, dancing and local culinary specialites. This villa is immersed in the heart of a 600-hectare estate of lush vegetation, at the feed of the mountains of The Gutteru Mannu Park, one of the largest and most unspoiled in Europe. The sea is visible from many parts of the first floor, and particularly enchanting is the rare glimpse offered from a terrace, you will have to see to believe it.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

From 10 to 30 minutes by car you can visit wonderful beaches and more, because this area is rich in dream seaside but also in food and wine culture, folkloristic traditions, history, archeology and sports. The house, brand new and bright, is in the center in the immediate vicinity of every useful service.

The house of about 70 square meters is perfect for couples, families with children or friends, and can accommodate up to 4 people (5 on request with the use of the sofa bed). The apartment is just a 15-minute drive from the nearest beach and 30 minutes from the other beautiful beaches in the area.
