The house, brand new and bright, is in the center in the immediate vicinity of every useful service.

Located in Pula, a small town, a tourist gem in the southwestern part of Sardinia about 30 km from Cagliari, the villa is located in the heart of a 500 hectare estate of lush vegetation.
