Welcome to our 40 m² cocoon, completely renovated with care, in the heart of the village of Carcans-Maubuisson. We designed it as a comfortable and bright place, ideal for relaxing and reconnecting with the essentials: nature 🌿. Just a 2-minute walk from the lake, between pine forests and the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy walks, swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing or relaxing by the water. 🅿️ A private parking space awaits you in the residence — a real plus in the middle of summer!

We fell in love with the view from our apartment! With an area of 30 m2 + 7 m2 terrace facing southwest to enjoy the sunsets. The residence is quiet, on the front line with direct access to the beach, close to shops (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Completely renovated, carefully decorated, composed of a living room with beautiful equipped kitchen, sofa bed, TV, WIFI, bedroom with 140 cm bed, large closet, bathroom, separate toilet and parking space.

Come and enjoy Lake Carcans Maubuisson in our small 15 m2 studio, with terrace and direct access to the lake. Studio located on the 1st floor with stairs, not accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will have a free parking space (automatic barrier with electronic box), a key box will allow you to access the studio. Inside, shower room with separate toilet, equipped kitchenette, seating area with 160 cm bench/bed, storage and video projector.

Large terrace, lake access and 2 bikes available for a romantic getaway. This small cocoon classified as 2-star furnished tourism is located on Carreyre, on the ground floor 100 m from the lake with beach access directly at the end of the street. Halfway between Lacanau-Océan and Lacanau-Ville with direct access to many bike paths. An equipped kitchen, a seating area, a sleeping area in a cocooning mezzanine and a large outdoor area!

Located 50 meters from Moutchic Beach, on Lake Lacanau, close to bike paths (5 km from the ocean). Guests can enjoy the beach, lake and water sports (paddle, sail, surf, bike rental), but also hiking, forest walks and discovering the flora and fauna.
