At the foot of the residence, miles of bike paths offer memorable outings. ⚠️ no wifi, swimming pool open from May to September

26 m2 studio on the 1st floor with a small balcony overlooking the pine trees. Ideal for relaxing alone or as a couple, walking, cycling (bike paths and a bike rental at the foot of the residence) near the lake and the ocean. No wifi. The city center with restaurants, shops, water activities are 400 m away on foot, the ocean Carcans beach is 4 km away, Lacanau-Ocean 14 km away. Bombannes with its state forest and its diversity of activities near the lake are 3 km away.

In the center of Bordeaux this nice 2 rooms of 46m2 welcomes you in very comfortable level. The decor is neat, quality amenities, queen size bed (160x200) with comfortable mattresses. The large balcony with a beautiful view of the place Gambetta and the rue du Palais Gallien will allow you to lunch in the sun. Very close to Place Gambetta (pole exchange transport) you will be 5mn of the tram and bus(direct airport / station) check in 2:00-7:00pm. No late check in

(1 bed 2 people = €20 / 3 beds 4 people = €40) Check-in in season from 4 p.m., check-out 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
