The place felt like home. Had everything you need. Me and my Fiancé enjoyed our stay there. We had no issues with anything. Checking in was easy with the instructions given to us. Host was responsive and really nice when asked about anything. We definitely will book this place again in the near future. We also recommend to any other traveler this place to stay at during their visit in Cebu.

As always the place was spotlessly clean and host is very accommodating and goes beyond what is expected by guests. Requests are granted even without added cost thus in a nutshell host is very professional and considerate, my family will always stay here when we will be in the nearby vicinity. Lee’s place was spectacular. We had an amazing stay here. It was right around the corner to everything. The place was clean and everything was just right. I love how there was washer and dryer, enough towels, comfortable bed and very comfortable sofa that we probable slept pn most of the days 😂. A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

The host has been very responsive even prior to check in and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. She also has a great caretaker, when we need something they assist promptly. I highly recommend the place especially for those who have travel plans to go to the north and south of Cebu.

me and my friends stayed in Miss Danica's place last minute due to some issues with our initial venue for staycation. we are glad that she responded quickly and agreed to accommodate us right away. her place is cozy, clean, private and fully equipped with fast Internet connection and Netflix. we are happy with our stay. again, thank you so much!

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. This home was absolutely stunning! The decor was perfect and the views were spectacular. We had so much fun creating memories together. The staff was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The property feels very private and it was about 45 minutes away from the whale shark experience in Oslob and just over an hour from the canyoneering experience.

Staying here was easy, the host was responsive and flexible with check-in. The pics were accurate. Good value and neighborhood had friendly gate guards. Nearby tricycle drivers are available. If you want to park your car, it is available for a small fee. The laundry was very useful and I was able to use the kitchen to use cook a few things. Place was a little hard to locate once inside the subdivision, especially at night. Would recommend this place to others. Thank you for the good stay.

Ikigai is the best place ever. We had a very pleasant experience during our stay. The onsite staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning. If you need a place to get away from it all with an amazing view, this is the place for you. Loved everything about this stay!

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Very responsive and accommodating host. Very easy to communicate with. The location is very convenient - fronting the mall and transportation terminal. It is also easy to hail other modes of transportation.

I really enjoyed Nathan's place! I had an early arrival, and Nathan kindly agreed to allow an early check-in. The accommodation was clean, with a large refrigerator (a plus!), and a comfortable ARMCHAIR (a super plus, as this is quite rare). For me as a digital nomad, this is very good accommodation. The only drawback I experienced was that upon check-in, the air conditioner started leaking because it needed servicing. However, Nathan’s assistants fixed everything within a few hours, and I had no further issues with the air conditioner. It's also very convenient that in the same building at the basement level there are drinking water refill stations, laundry facilities, and delivery services. Thank you, Nathan!

This place was the best place I stayed in while visiting in the Philippines. Host was very responsive. I left my glasses and they let me know. If I come back I will definitely book this place again. Stayed at Jerry’s place over the long weekend last week—his place is very nice and private—it’s giving a ‘hotel vibes’. My only comment was the bathroom bidet, it was too tight (strong water pressure). But overall, I bookmarked Jerry’s place for my succeeding Cebu or Bohol trips for family or group stays! I will surely be back for more!
