Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Carcassonne

This is a great apartment with everything and more. It’s modern, clean with great character. It’s also perfectly located a short walk from the lower town city center and close to the old fortress.

Frankly, Ras! A lot of small touches in addition to the services /services mentioned in the listing, Val and Phil are super nice, extremely helpful and responsive, very good advice for the activities/ outings available nearby... And their dogs are very cute. In short, a WE too short but great as far as we are concerned👌!

A very warm welcome, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable. The studio is very clean and functional. The outdoor space is beautiful and more. I highly recommend it. Thanks again to Jean Marie for his generosity and availability. Small (big) plus: we were able to check out later on the day of departure, which made it very convenient for us. Good location and clean accommodation I recommend

Stephane is a great communicator who is willing to help all along the way. His apartment is well appointed and located close to the town centre and a 30 minute walk to the citadel. Highly recommended. Adele June 2025

Amélie’s place was amazing. Lagrasse is so beautiful and there is so much to do and see in the area. We had one of our favorite meals ever at Le Bastion (3 minute walk). We also picked up some fruit and pastries from the Saturday morning farmers market. Will be returning soon!

Stay on a long weekend with 2 children (11/14 years old) to visit the city and the city. Everything is in accordance with the descriptions. The guides sent for the accommodation and the recommendations were very useful and clear. Bedding both night and day, very comfortable, quality. Ideal location close to all shops and the city. Great to have parking included. Balneo bathtub with explanations provided at the top. Carafe of cold water on arrival, appreciated. I was able to connect my TV key to access my usual platforms. Relatively quiet street next to the PM, however, for Saturday night a lot of audible noise because of the relative double glazing. An undeniable value for money. We'll get back to that.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was very friendly and always quick to respond to our messages. We also really enjoyed spending time outside, whether on the terrace or by the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

We were absolutely delighted with the property - it really is much better than we anticipated and cannot recommend it highly enough. The communication from the start right through to the check-out was first class. Very helpful and accommodating hosts, so thank you Mimi et al. There was so much space for the 11 of our party and everywhere was clean and spotless and big mention to the quality bedding - that is always so important for a good nights sleep. There are a number of covered areas and terraces, the pool is a great size (with a proper deep end), plenty of sun loungers and places to eat outside on an evening. The village is very quiet, which suited us perfectly, but there is a very good pizza takeaway made with really good quality ingredients. There is also a really nice little Épicerie, which covers just about all bases for day-to-day requirements. All, all the meat and produce is of a very high quality and sourced from the nearby villages. All in all, absolutely perfect!

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable, with lots of games and puzzles. Our kids were delighted! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. We really enjoyed discovering Bram and the surrounding area. We'd happily return! Audrey was always responsive and checked in to make sure everything was ok.

We spent a very good week at Laurence's. A home with all the necessary amenities, in a pretty corner of tranquility, well located between Carcassonne and the Montagne Noire for very beautiful discoveries.
