It is ideally located with Charlestown Harbour only 2 miles away and the whole of St Austell bay to choose from, ie, Fowey, Gorran haven & Mevagissey to name but a few; it makes the beaches and coastal paths a must.

The Annexe in the heart of beautiful Cornwall.

The Annexe has been newly built from scratch to provide a home from home for guests. The Annexe is a 5 minute walk from the local sports centre with a soft play and swimming pool and a large park with a café opposite. We are also very close to the train and bus routes to the rest of Cornwall and local attractions (such as Charlestown, The Eden project and The lost gardens of Heligan to name but a few) so guests do not necessarily need to drive to make the most of their stay.
