The Annexe is in a quiet location, just outside St. Austell town centre, <4 miles from beautiful sandy beaches & the stunning South Coast path. It’s close to walking/cycling routes along old china clay trails too, & not far from The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens Of Heligan, plus famous Harbour villages:- Mevagissey, Charlestown, Fowey & Looe, with their abundance of eateries & artisan craft shops. The North coast isn’t far away either, with its surfing beaches & towns like Padstow & St. Ives .

Bojea Mill

This unique Mill built 300yrs ago enjoys outstanding views. It’s peaceful rural setting offers you the opportunity to access footpaths and a cycle network from your door, which will connect you to the Eden project in one direction or St Austell and the Pentewan valley in the other.
