La casa è perfetta per ogni stagione, nei mesi estivi per la sua vicinanza al mare e per la sua vista meravigliosa, per nuotare e prendere il sole, in autunno e inverno, per le escursioni, l'arrampicata e le visite archeologiche. Buon cibo e ottimo vino rallegreranno la permanenza in qualsiasi stagione. L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza da letto e il soggiorno ha una bella stufa a pellets. In terrazzo, grazie al Wi-Fi, si potrà navigare su internet, per svago o per lavoro, con vista mare.

L'appartamento è composto da zona giorno e bagno al piano terreno e due camere soppalcate di cui una matrimoniale e una doppia (quest'ultima adibita preferibilmente a stanza per bambini per altezza soffitto di circa 180 cm) dotate di condizionatore. I'm renting a lovely flat on the outskirt of Cardedu. It has a peaceful bedroom, a spacious fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom and a big porch with barbecue and table tennis! It's located 2mins to groceries and shops, and 10mins by car to the nearest beach!
