Holiday houses in Carezzano

Fantastic privately located house on a hill surrounded by vineyards with 3 big rooms and en suite bathrooms which was great for 5 adults of which two couples. The owner Benny does the initial communication but closer to the date we were contacted by the very kind and helpful host Alfonso who speaks very well English. He helped us onboarding and with whatever question or issue throughout the week. Niku who lives in the house next door maintains the garden and cleans the pool every morning early. We very much appreciated the daily waste collection by Niku, the well furnished rooms and the very well equipped kitchen. The pool is lovely but not-heated which was a pleasure given the hot weather. You must know that the road to the house from the main road is quite long and curvy, the last part is a gravel road. The distance to the village Gavi is about 7km and thus you need a car to get groceries or go into town for dinner. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Probably one of the cleanest and well organized AirBnB places we’ve ever stayed at. The place was homely, everything taken care of and well thought of. Sergio was very responsive, provided all the instructions ahead of time and answered all questions quickly. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a stay around the area!

My stay in Gavi at Arianna‘s place was fantastic. I traveled by train and Arianna so generously picked me up at the station and then even dropped me off at the end of my stay! Her place made me feel so at home with the thoughtful decoration such as beautiful lamps her and her daughter make themselves. The flat is in the centre of the little village with a beautiful view of the fortress, close to great restaurants and surrounded by beautiful rolling hills. I highly recommend Arianna‘s flat! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality, Arianna!

Sikke et sted og sikke nogle værter! Med det samme følte vi os hjemme og velkommen i Antonellas autentiske italienske hus. Grillområdet og selvfølgelig poolen blev flittigst brugt og vi nød det. Enestående udsigt over sletten og bjergene. Antonella var meget venlig og imødekommende og gav en god gennemgang af huset som var godt udstyret med alt man har brug for. Vil fik masser af lokale anbefalinger og området var spænede at udforske, vi kunne blive ved:) Tak!

Il fiore all’occhiello dell’alloggio sta nella vista incantevole che offre, unica come poche nella zona. Il monolocale è provvisto di una cucina in ottimo stato e provvista del necessario, microonde, macchina caffe lavazza con cialde, comodo divano letto, tv con servizi. Molto pulito con un buon livello di confort generale. Attenzione pero: il posto auto riservato si trova a livello della SS Aurelia. L’appartamento è invece sottoposto per diverse decine di metri di dislivello. Bisogna considerare che ci sarà d’affrontare una buona serie di scalini. La discesa in auto è possibile, ma la strada per dimensioni e tortuosità richiede particolare attenzione ed abilità. Giancarlo di suo è una persona affabile, comprensiva, disponibile come poche tra gli host che ho incontrato finora. Vi farà sentire a casa e coccolati. Sicuramente tornerò presto!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Anwesen ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und bietet viel Platz – ideal für unsere Gruppe von fünf Personen. Alles war sehr sauber, die Umgebung ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem traumhaften ruhigen Grundstück mit ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum relaxen und verweilen. Jimmy der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal ob Fragen zu Ausflügen , Essenmöglichkeiten Jimmy hat uns super Tipps gegeben. Auch die Tiramisu die uns seine Mutter vorbeibrachte war ein Traum. Von der Ferienwohnung aus lässt sich das Piemont sehr gut erkunden. Auch Turin (45 Minuten )und Mailand (1:20 Stunde) werden schnell erreicht. Die Ferienwohnung kann zu 100% weiterempfohlen werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Ci siamo trovati molto a nostro agio nell’alloggio di Giovanna. Lei e il marito sono persone squisite e disponibili. Alloggio pulito, arieggiato e con del verde intorno. Consigliato!
