Townhouse holiday rentals in Caribbean Sea

We stayed at Ilya's condo for a week and really loved the location! The condo is a 3 minute walk to the north end of Coco beach and a 3 minute walk to the restaurants, bars, and grocery store in the Las Palmas neighborhood. We also walked into downtown Coco a lot, but that was a little farther, maybe 15 mins. My favorite part of the condo was the rooftop terrace. We sat up there in the mornings drinking coffee and listening to the ocean waves. And in the evening, the sunsets were amazing! Ilya was a great host. He sent us recommendations for restaurants, activites, beaches to see, etc. He was very thorough at check-in, showing us features of the condo and around the complex. I'd recommend staying here to anyone interested in great views and close proximity to the Coco beach.

We has a wonderful 5 day stay in this house located within 10 min walk of downtown Cruz Bay. the place had great views, excellent amenities, pool, and well located. the host,David, was super and very accessibpe and friendly with good suggestions. we would definitely stay again.

There were great days in the house. It had everything you need. The pool was simply great. The area seemed safe. The only annoying thing was the barking dog in the neighboring house. But the landlady can't do anything about that. Would recommend it without reservation

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was incredibly clean and thoughtfully prepared. I really appreciated the personal touches. There were hair ties, cotton balls, floss, and Q-tips in the bathroom, which made it feel like home. The bed linens were fresh and spotless, and both bedrooms were tidy and well organized. The bathrooms were also exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, including seasonings, coffee, and sugar. To top it off, there was water and pop waiting in the fridge, which was such a kind and generous detail. Overall, this was a very comfortable and well cared for space. I would definitely stay here again.

place was as advertised, everything worked, and there were plenty of supplies for kitcken, bathrooms, and outside activities... place was gated and secured... quiet area. my family and I really enjoyed our stay and would stay again

The home was in a fantastic location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, which made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We had a wonderful stay! The home is private, secure, and located in a quiet development—yet still close to all the major spots and hangouts in Montego Bay. The indoor-outdoor vibe gives you an authentic Jamaican feel, and the space was exactly as described. Keisha, the housekeeper, was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was in order. The hosts were proactive and responsive throughout our stay. We did run into a minor issue with the A/C in one room, but maintenance arrived and resolved it within minutes—super impressive. As tech professionals, we really appreciated the fast and reliable internet connection. This spot is great for relaxing or working remotely, and we’d definitely book again!

Our stay at Tracy Lee’s place was truly amazing ! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect, felt secluded yet close to everything we needed, the beach, restaurants (which isn’t necessary) because the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The beach and the pool were incredible… truly felt like paradise. Tracy was incredibly responsive and made me feel welcome. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Tracy’s s place to anyone looking for a private Caribbean getaway and a comfortable and stylish stay!

I loved this Airbnb. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. The host supply their guest with many things such as towels, sunscreen, alcohol, games. They even had spices and seasonings for food. Perfect Airbnb, would love to stay again. It is also very close to a lot of restaurants, nightlife and beaches! :)

Everything went well with our stay! The villa was well prepared with everything we needed for a great barbecue with friends. It is located in a very peaceful area, just next to a lake and near the sports clubs. You require a car to go to the beach area and pools from the Buenaventura resort. We had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this apartment for large groups.

My family and I absolutely loved this vacation home, it looked exactly like the pictures, the pool was amazing, loved how quiet and peaceful it was and close to beaches and stuff to do.

The experience exceeded expectations. Very quiet, safe, clean, comfortable, had all we needed, and a beautiful view. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. This home is truly directly on the water. We felt so comfortable being there and it was a great home base to explore the island. We loved being away from the crowds and traffic. The home itself is quiet and we never heard from the units next door. Karen and her team gave us wonderful suggestions on places to go and eat. We lacked for nothing! The bed was so comfortable and everything was spotless. I will definitely be recommending it to others.

We feel at home in this accommodation. It had everything we needed and more for a super comfortable stay of almost two weeks. We greatly appreciate the assistance of the Lucha team and the attention to detail and providing local recommendations, in addition, they helped us rent a car at the best price in the local market. The location was very good and the Gold Coast complex is excellent, and has several pools, grills and a gym. We were able to take advantage of everything! And the ice cream maker and courtesy lounge chairs were very useful. As for the island, you can fall in love and want to come back. In conclusion: the accommodation is highly recommended, it exceeded our expectations.
