94% positive: the photos represent what it is, everything is super cute. The views are beautiful, and it's peaceful. Pablo was always quick to respond to inquiries. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent. He left us detergent, napkins, and toilet paper. 5% to improve: put wine glasses, as with the grill, one usually drinks wine and there were only glasses. The grill cannot be adjusted, it is very high and you have to make a lot of fire. There is little room for embers. It can be redone, making it a little smaller and not so tall. The radiant slab did not work and the reality is that the heat of the air is not the same. It's true that it wasn't in the description, but when I asked, they told me that there was that possibility. 1% Bad: the staircase to the terrace is dangerous with very small steps. I do not recommend it for the elderly or those with limited mobility. In short, an excellent stay that we enjoyed and we will possibly return since those details were not relevant when it came to enjoying!!

The apartment is really very comfortable, fully equipped with quality furniture, spacious, and the balcony with ocean views is the plus that makes it worth it. Very nice complex, the amenities (gym, sports area, heated pool and pool) are very good. The pool is very well located, since it is in the middle of the way to the sea, allowing you to cool off on the way back from the beach. The service from the complex's security staff was very good, super friendly and willing to solve any issue. The hosts were proactive and willing to solve any problems, perfectly compensating for any unforeseen situations that may have occurred. The beach is very quiet, excellent. In short, very satisfied, we had a great time and rested very well! Thanks for everything!

Everything was luxurious, we had a great time. - the apartment is beautiful - The complex is very quiet, has a heated pool, a huge park, sauna, security and double covered garage. - Arturo takes charge and resolves queries and problems - The location is good, lots of nature, ideal for going for a walk and breathing. It only has a few details to improve maintenance, but nothing very serious. I would definitely go back.

The place was impeccable, Giorgina was very attentive and flexible with our arrival and departure schedule (based on bus lines and out of our control), so I totally appreciate her friendly accomodation for my grandfather. The place is in the best area of Villa Gesell, right in front of the beach and two blocks from the forest's entry. It's peaceful and at the same time you have everything you need around you a few meters away (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). We had a great time and we're sure coming back! Thanks for everything!

We had some beautiful days of rest together my sisters and a puppy and I can say that the apartment met all our expectations :). The place is just as shown in the pictures, which gave us a lot of confidence from the beginning. In addition, it is very well equipped and super comfortable. We had a small inconvenience with the light supply, but Tomás was very efficient and had it resolved soon. Despite this small detail, the overall experience was excellent. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place. We loved it and would go back without hesitation!

The apartment is very comfortable! It has all the necessary elements to cook and use the grill. It doesn't have air conditioning in the living room, but with the air conditioning in the rooms and the fan, we were super comfortable. Highly recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and children.

Very nice monoambient, ideal for going to the beach that is two blocks away. The mattresses are very good and the shower is excellent. Also the kitchen is complete in case you have to do something to eat. Highly recommended.

We stayed 8 days with a pet. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even a little larger than what you can see in the photos. The complex is very nice and has everything to have a good time and relax. The location is excellent, a few blocks from downtown and one block from Avenida Martin Pescador that takes you directly to the beach. Claudio's attention from the first moment was excellent, always attentive to any need.

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus!
