Everything was impeccable, even the small details. We were 3 families celebrating a birthday and they even waited for us with everything for a toast, coffee capsules, even treats for the kids. The heated pool was also very useful when it was very windy. We recommend it.

The house is super nice, modern, comfortable mattresses and has 2 bathrooms. Located about 12 blocks from the beach approx. It has a nice patio and a grill with a pergola that is also very nice. We went in June, so it was quite cold in Valeria, but the house has heating in all the spaces, so we were super warm. Hernan gave us all the necessary information to enter, he offered us a flexible check in and checkout, which is a great goal. I broke a glass, but Hernan didn't make any trouble for us, a boss. My only recommendation would be to offer the towel and sheet service for those of us who want to travel light, but the rest is 10 points. The accommodation is highly recommended and the host is a genius.

Everything went out excellent, from the first contact. The house is just like the photos, very comfortable, spacious, most of the rooms have private bathroom. The kitchen is spotless and has everything you need to cook, for more than 16 guests. The setting is quiet, and invites you to rest. This is the first time we've traveled so many people together, and we really had a wonderful time. Ariel was very kind and helpful at all times, as was Zulma. Thanks for your stay.

Bautista's place is excellent: spacious, well equipped and perfect for accommodating up to 8 people comfortably. We were greeted with a wine and some snacks, a good detail for arrival. Bautista was always very attentive and responded immediately to our queries. In addition, it was very flexible with check-in times, allowing us to enter several hours earlier than stipulated. A highly recommended place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

We had an incredible few days. The location is perfect, steps from the beach and an excellent hostel. But the best part: the sunset from the courtyard of the house. A breathtaking view to end the day with a glass of wine. The apartment is as it appears in the photos: very comfortable. Very quiet, ideal for resting. Beautiful house two blocks from the beach, very close to the parador, Hemingway and a few blocks from downtown. The house is super functional, very comfortable for six people and suitable for pets.
