Great stay! The stair climb was worth it once we entered the apartment and saw fantastic it was. So roomy and had everything we needed. Exactly how it was described and pictured. The location was perfect. So close to everything…no driving needed at all. We’d love to come back

The home is beautiful, lots of history. We enjoyed our stay, owners lived on site and were friendly. Lots of room, comfortable for four adults. Would definitely recommend if visiting Fredericton.

We enjoyed our stay so much at Wanda and Jim’s place! They were great hosts, making the check in and check out process super smooth. The place was spotless and so cozy. We were only there for 2 nights but could have stayed forever. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly pleased with the cozy decor and details to make this place feel like home. We spent some much needed time with family, chatted, curled up on the couch, shared a meal and took in the walkable sights. Thank you for the gift.

This was truly one of the better living spaces you're going to find on Airbnb. It's one of those spots that you walk into and immediately think "yup this is great" and feel right at home. It's tucked out of the way and feels quite remote but is <6-7 minutes to places like Picaroons and <11m minutes to downtown. Easy access to uptown as well from the Princess Margaret. Super peaceful, woodsy feel to a really great backyard. Rob was a fantastic host, super friendly and responsive to anything we needed and stocked the kitchen/bathroom/apartment with absolutely everything you need. And you MUST get upstairs to meet Gus the pup - he's a super energetic, ultra friendly little dog and meeting him was genuinely a highlight of the trip. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for somewhere quiet away from the bustle and have a car to get around!

This is our second visit—because our 1st was perfect! Super easy to find, easy checkin, great communication. Super walkable to the Market Square, where the Farmer’s Market is on Saturday mornings, the Co-op, and our favorite restaurant The Vault. We’ll stay again for sure! The kitchen is big and well stocked, couch has tons of room, big clean bathroom. The bed is probably the most comfy of any Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! House also had A/C in the bedroom and living room, and several fans if needed. We love this house!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment, which was very clean and comfortable. It was close to downtown and the nearby Bil Thorpe Walking Bridge and shoreline trails were great. We would have no hesitation in returning again.

In Fredericton for my son’s graduation! Loved the location, the walking trails were amazing for my dogs. I only regret not having my bike. The place was well equip to cook and incredibly comfortable! The location is quiet despite how close it is to Union St. I would absolutely recommend this place !

Deborah's apartment is located in under her home, not a basement as the house is on a hill and the main unit is like on the second floor. There is no separate bedroom, but the unit is spacious and has everything you need. Deborah is super friendly and ready to assist with any questions and we felt so welcome and at home while visiting. We had a great stay at Cheryle’s! The spot was so spacious, we enjoyed the hot tub, the kids had so much room to spread out and we got to relax! We loved the privacy, perfect spot to unwind!

The Indigo Inn gets four paws up from us! Grant and Juno were gracious hosts and the Indigo Inn is a little gem. It's secreted in a lovely leafy neighbourhood by the river--great for walking--and the accommodation is spotless and oh-so-comfy. Parking is right outside. We liked it so much, we've already booked a second stay on the way home so we could explore the neighbourhood and Fredericton.

Quiet, cool oasis just minutes from the bustle of downtown. Walking distance to some great restaurants and the weekend market. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home!

We had a great stay. Joan’s place was very clean, updated will all amenities needed for a 3 day stay. Joan was very responsive and accommodating. Walking distance to downtown. It was perfect, will definitely be staying again!

Our family of four was on vacation and needed a place to stay around Fredericton as we would be passing through. We did not have a place to stay that morning and on a moment's notice that morning contacted Michael and Tina and they instantly responded. It felt good knowing we had a place to stay that night. Their place was in a nice neighborhood with access to many stores/shops close by. Very clean!

This was such an amazing experience. I loved it up there. Phil was such a great host. The home was so comfortable and we felt right at home. The house was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. The beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough about it. I will definitely go back.

Joelle was excellent! A perfect stop over on our trip out East. She was really quick with her responses and gave clear directions on how to get to her place. We got in pretty late during both our stays and Joelle had everything set up for us from a welcoming bottle of wine to several options for breakfast the next day. Great hospitality! Would highly recommend!

Good location, good parking, easy entry to property, very clean, comfortable large bed, basic furnishings, fully functional kitchen. Would not be suitable for someone with disability issues as this is an upper floor accommodation and considerable stairs. Only a short walk to the Farmers Market with lots of interesting fare and food choices. There are cheeses of the world, great meat, seafood, vegetable options and vegan choices. Crafts galore for everyone. All downtown core restaurants for food choices and preferences are very walkable distance away.

Megan was friendly and responsive. Accommodations and bed were comfortable. Grocer and a few restaurants within walking distance. 'Could easily sleep 4 people if you don't mind the pull-out sofa in the "second" bedroom which benefits from also having a work station if travelling for business. Terry

Carl met us when we pulled in. Could talk with him and his wife forever. Discovered later on that my daughter’s boyfriend and Carl might be distant cousins. Felt like the place was ours to use, come and go as we pleased, very accommodating for our snowmobiles etc.

Ellen is a very sweet host. She will assist you as much as she could. Since I’m not from New Brunswick and I planned to see the beautiful places, she planned with me the places where I should go and they are all wonderful. I love chatting with her. I high recommended her place.
