The apartment is located in the heart of the city, a few steps from the central Piazza Sella, nearby there are both paid and free parking lots from which you can walk to the accommodation. Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal, they will not have to share it with anyone. In the city, there is a separate waste collection service in the city: the house has instructions and how to dispose of waste. Accommodation tax is payable on site on site €2 per person per day.

We rent an 85-square-meter apartment in the beautiful and quiet village of Nebida (CI). The house has a super equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small dining room, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a balcony with coffee table for dining or outdoor lunch with a breathtaking sea view + barbecue at your fingertips. The dining room and one bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli Beach are about 5 minutes away.

With your car / motorbike you can easily reach our villa surrounded by greenery a few steps from Iglesias To welcome you a large equipped garden where you can relax or enjoy the meals of the day; The spacious interior has everything you need to enjoy your vacation in relaxation. Guests have a second floor apartment with a private entrance. THERE IS NO USE OF THE KITCHEN. I offer B&B treatment with breakfast prepared in the house , linens and daily cleaning of the premises if the guest opens the apartment by 11 a.m. (otherwise only the stay will be tidied up). Breakfast can be served by the host, or the guest has everything at their disposal to prepare it on their own The property has an identification code.
