Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Välkommen till vår fullt utrustade stuga om 25 kvm + sovloft i en fantastisk miljö mitt i naturen, i en trädgård, 150 m/2 min från bad (strand/klippa/brygga). Huset är ljust inrett med naturliga material, stora fönsterpartier, utgång på egen altan, kamin för mysiga stunder, sovloft för mysbusiga barn/vuxna som vill vara lite för sig själva ibland. Rör er fritt i vår trädgård, där ni kan hitta en egen vrå att sitta i, ligga i en hängmatta och bara vara. Rökfritt boende, mindre hund ok, ej i säng.

Here it is close to swimming, piers, restaurant and kiosk. Parking space outside the door. Feel free to visit the cozy islands of Åstol and Dyrön during your stay. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Promenadavstånd till mataffär, busshållplats och färja till Åstol och Dyrön. Tjörn erbjuder vacker natur, bad, fiske, paddling, vandring, konst och restauranger.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Välkommen till vårt boende, bara 100 m från havet! Här erbjuds ett attefallshus med panoramautsikt över det glittrande blåa havet. Boendet är modernt inrett och fyllt med naturligt ljus. Det är den perfekta platsen för avkoppling och strandaktiviteter. På det privata soldäcket kan du njuta av solen, bada i bubbelpoolen eller grilla kvällens middag. Archipelago dream on Klädesholmen. Morning sun on the terrace and evening sun with sea views on the balcony. Close to restaurants, local shop, bakery, crab fishing, soccer field, beaches, golf, tennis, kayaking, sauna etc. Here is everything you need to relax while full of activities. Fully equipped kitchen. No wifi but coverage for 4G is good. Bed for 4-5 adults. 3 beds are 90 cm wide and 2 beds are 120 cm wide. NOTE: Tenant brings own sheets, towels and cleans himself.

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.
