My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!

Beautiful brand new construction house with pool in the heart of town. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, equipped kitchen and ample living space. When we came to Santa Teresa with our 4 kids, we realized the best way to enjoy the area was to have easy access to everything. We love to Surf, do yoga, drink lazy coffee at cafes, eat fine dining, and make last minute ice cream runs at the grocery. It’s all easily walkable from our home and the included maid service means you can truly relax.
