You’ll find all the comforts you need to feel right at home. The house features a 30 m² living room with a board games area, a large 3-metre chaise longue sofa, air conditioning, and a pellet stove. We are located just 1 hour from Madrid, 10 minutes from Puy du Fou, and 15 minutes from Toledo.

The Swamp House

The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... The area offers you a taste of the cuisine that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

Old area of terraced olive groves today populated with oaks, chestnuts and strawberry trees.

Alsaudade. Peace and quiet very close to Toledo

Alsaudade is in Alcabón, a town half an hour by car from Toledo and the Puy du Fou theme park. On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the upper floor, there is a suite with a bathroom. There is also a sofa bed that allows you to accommodate up to 8 guests. We also have a playpen for babies. The house has a backyard with a barbecue where we set up a pool in the summer.

El Avistador. Montes de Toledo

In a unique enclave, in front of the Montes de Toledo, a few meters from the beginning of the Sierra. Framing, as if a photo frame were treated, we have developed a new and different architecture. A full wooden dome, with a huge window, unique acoustics. They will make your stay in our dome a different and comfortable experience.
