Private home where you can kick back relax, play some foosball, walk to the American River and Old Fair Oaks Village with numerous restaurants and a microbrewery. We are 15-20 minutes from midtown and downtown. Where you can find unique restaurants for any craving and the best coffee on the West Coast. The space is your own private floor (in-law suite). It has a very comfortable queen nova-foam mattress with new bedding. The restroom has double sinks with lots of cabinet space. Kitchenette with convection oven, microwave, minifridge and coffee! The living room has a queen pull-out couch. Flat panel TV with Chromeast and cable.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.
