Located right next to my house, in a quiet environment, it is in the charming village of Le Vast, in the heart of the Val de Saire, in the Normandy countryside. Check it out: • The delicious brioche from the Vast; • Walks in the Val de Saire; • The Vast waterfall; • The typical villages of Barfleur, Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue (a UNESCO site), and Tatihou Island; • The beaches of the east coast of Cotentin are less than 20 minutes away.

The Blue Bicycle

La bicyclette bleue, stone cottage in Fermanville, 5 minutes from the beach, ideal for a couple. Our house, completely renovated in 2023, having kept the charm of the old stones, is ideal for hosting a couple with or without a baby. Nestled in the heart of the typical village of Judea, you will be at the start of hiking trails (GR223 and close to the beach). Located at the end of the village, you'll find peace and quiet. Private terrace, garden with garden furniture, barbecue.

My accommodation, very comfortable, is in the countryside. It is close to the sea (5 km), the landing beaches (50 min from the cottage), the Caen Memorial (1 hr), Mont Saint Michel (1 hr 40 min from the cottage), the Channel Islands... You can also visit the Cité de la Mer (aquarium, submarine, Titanic exhibition...), the Montaigu la Brisette animal park (10 min from the cottage), you will be close to the Cotentin and Bessin marshes, the Sortosville-en-Beaumont biscuit house.

Located in Normandy, in the Manche near Cherbourg, it offers about 80 m² with a bright living space of 40 m² including living room, lounge and open kitchen. Two bedrooms equipped with modular beds offer comfort and flexibility. Private garden and parking for a relaxing stay between land and sea. You will appreciate the charm of the stone and the proximity to tourist attractions.

We welcome you to our charming little house clad in wood, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Cherbourg, 45 minutes from the landing beaches and 5 minutes from Saint Pierre Eglise where you will find all the necessary shops. The interior includes an equipped kitchen – living room, a bedroom that passes through to access the toilet, bathroom and mezzanine. In the small annex you will find everything you need to enjoy the sunny terrace and away from the wind.

You will love this unique and romantic getaway. The Château d'Hémevez offers a decor that belongs to no one else. It is in the central wing dating from the 17th century that we offer you 400 m2 of history, travel, reverie and poetry. Here, no museum castle, or furniture under a bell... we have lunch on pretty Louis XV furniture without compromising on modern comfort (swimming pool obliges). In short, it is an experience dedicated to the French art of living!

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables et les atmosphères sereines et chaleureuses, du salon au coin du feu, du jardin d’hiver baigné de lumière ou de la terrasse au cœur du jardin.

The gîte of the little house, as the children like to call it, is located in the heart of the Val Saire countryside in the North Cotentin. You will be able to spend a relaxing stay in peace and quiet where life is simple and quiet. Ideally located to explore the coast of Val de Saire, you can easily visit Barfleur, eat seafood in Saint Vaast la Hougue and stroll along the waterfront. So many places that are a 15-minute drive to the cottage.
