Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Studio apartment ideal for couples. Beach Front, beautiful view. 5 minutes from airport. Near to hotels, dinning and night life. Fully equiped kitchen, cable TV, Apple TV, wifi, airconditioner. marketplace and CVS crossing the street. Just next to Royal Sonesta Hotel, nearby restaurants. PR electric source is very fragile. Some power outages may occur. The apartment is equipped with a battery that will turn the apartment on, except for air conditioner and water heater. Instructions needed
