To sum up my experience.... Everytime wifey and i need to getaway from the kids we wilk be booking with Gisselle indefinitely .

I encountered a minor security issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly and without hassle. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking balcony view of the ocean that was definitely the highlight of my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the appliances were top-notch, allowing for a seamless cooking experience. While it's clear that the building could use some remodeling, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beachfront view with the added convenience of being just a 6-minute drive from the airport. Do keep in mind that the area can be a bit noisy due to its vibrancy, with plenty of restaurants and stores within a mile radius. If you’re looking to save some money and prepare meals in your room, this kitchen is perfect for whipping up a five-star meal right at your convenience. I also recommend visiting Pueblo grocery, which has everything you need and is open 24 hours. Without a doubt, I would return to this A

Very clean place with plenty of linen in the bathroom, beautiful views for the beach and we even had cold beverages in the fridge upon arrival. Also, it was my birthday and pedro had balloons, a birthday banner & 4 cupcakes set up when i walked in! thank you again pedro!

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Puerto Rico, look no further. Lissy and Eduardo went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our experience unforgettable. The location is absolutely unbeatable, just steps from the beach, minutes from the airport, and close to everything from Old San Juan to The Mall of San Juan and Distrito T-Mobile. The apartment itself was impeccable in every sense — clean, stylish, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. As someone who has lived in Puerto Rico most of my life, I can confidently say you won't find a better location or hosts. Whether you're visiting for the first time or coming back home, this place truly has it all. You've tried the rest, now try the best. Highly, highly recommended.

This spot is a gem! This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be on a beautiful beach, with many restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was exactly as described - extremely clean and the bed was super comfy! Traveling solo I felt very safe here with the building being behind locked gates and the building itself also being locked. When going to the beach, I would recommend going to the left when you first go out the gate on to the beach and then keep walking for a bit. You will find a beautiful area with calm waters due to lots of rocks being further out blocking the waves. I spent the majority of my time here and it seemed that this was the spot lots of locals would spend time at as well. The beach chair/towels provided by Liz were so nice. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. The host was kind, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm welcome. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience!

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Eraclio's. The view of the water was beautiful. I only wish there was a screen in the patio door, so I could have left it open. The AC units and ceiling fans did a good job of keeping the temp comfortable. I like that there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom for my lazy day and that beach chairs are provided. Plenty of towels were provided. I saw in another review that washcloths, were not provided, so I just brought a couple with me. Luckily I didn't experience any power outages during my stay and the wifi connection was good. I didn't communicate with Eraclio much during my stay, but when I had questions he answered in a timely manner.

I am typically a solo traveler, but also travel with friends and family. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s for years, on the mainland USA, and the Island of Puerto Rico. This host, Jose, was the BEST I’ve ever encountered. Friendly and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The unit itself is well maintained with a beautiful Ocean view. There is also direct access to the beach and a pool. It’s suitable for a maximum of 4 people. A great place to stay, may cost a little more than the average online bookings, but worth it, due to all the amenities. Thank You again, Jose. I will be reserving this unit again, in the near future.

This is a beautiful cozy apartment. Apartment is as seen on pictures. Place was very clean very comfortable. Had all that is needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bedroom, excellent air conditioning systems in both living room and bedroom. Hot water available at all times in bathroom and kitchen. Netflix and Roku TV available in both the bedroom and the living room there is no balcony however, there are two big sliding doors that you can slide open to enjoy the breeze and if you look towards the right, it has a beautiful view of the Isla verde beach. Excellent location, five minutes from the airport. I look forward to possibly booking again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

Great Location & Place Calm & Lovely

I'm glad I stayed at Juan's place. It felt like home during my stay and it was in a great location, close to everything. Juan was also communicative and responsive. Check in and out was easy. I'd recommend a stay at his place!

We loved this place!! The location is great. A two minute walk from to the beach and several places to eat on the strip. There’s a 24 pharmacy across the street and a Grocery store five minutes away in an uber. I would most def recommend this Airbnb!!

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

What a wonderful stay! Thank you so much to Sandra for an exceptional check-in/out process, as well as providing such a beautiful apartment. We loved our stay, and loved being right by the airport. Private pristine, and gorgeous beach right behind the apartment building was to die for. All in all, 11/10 experience, and if we ever return, we know where we’re staying!

Juan's place offers great value for its location, its amenities and accessibility. It's almost at the center of the Isla Verde strip with direct access to the beach. You can walk to restaurants, the hotel lounges and right out to the water (via a gate) as you please. A parking spot is included as well which is a top consideration for anyone with a car staying in the area. Communication was easy and check-in was smooth. Providing you're not a pretentious traveler this place will serve you well. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at John & Evelyn's ocean front dream place. The condo was clean and has a fantastic view of the beach. It's close to the airport and lots of places to eat. Old San Juan is about 15 minutes drive. I will highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed my stay at this condo in Isla Verde. The place was just like the listing clean, cozy, and in a great spot. Host was easy to communicate with, no issues at all. I’ve stayed in this building before and always feel comfortable here. Would definitely book again!

I could not say enough good about this beautiful Airbnb, the proximity to the beach is unmatched and something rare to find at the price point! Our stay felt like heaven, we didn’t even need to leave Isla Verde to enjoy every bit that Puerto Rico has to offer! Beautiful apartment for our weekend stay! And also in a familiar area for us which was a PLUS! Air conditioning was perfect temperature on the walk in & through out our stay. We will love to book again & definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the airport. The pool was perfect temperature & great walking distance to the beach! Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

Great place to stay! Mix of residents and short term rentals. Short walk to the beach, restaurants surround the building, and easy access to busses (usually off schedule though) going to airport, old San Juan, and less crowded beaches to the east. Some nightlife about a half mile west is also busy, even during week nights. Very easy self check in and check out.
