I encountered a minor security issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly and without hassle. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking balcony view of the ocean that was definitely the highlight of my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the appliances were top-notch, allowing for a seamless cooking experience. While it's clear that the building could use some remodeling, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beachfront view with the added convenience of being just a 6-minute drive from the airport. Do keep in mind that the area can be a bit noisy due to its vibrancy, with plenty of restaurants and stores within a mile radius. If you’re looking to save some money and prepare meals in your room, this kitchen is perfect for whipping up a five-star meal right at your convenience. I also recommend visiting Pueblo grocery, which has everything you need and is open 24 hours. Without a doubt, I would return to this A

Mari’s place was perfect for my long weekend getaway! It is literally steps from the beach and the view of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony is beautiful to wake up to. There was a good supply of towels and beach towels which was really nice! Mari also provided great recommendations for local restaurants and helpful info about checking in and the area in general. The apartment was also clean and tidy, perfect for 1-2 people. Thanks Mari!

This spot is a gem! This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be on a beautiful beach, with many restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was exactly as described - extremely clean and the bed was super comfy! Traveling solo I felt very safe here with the building being behind locked gates and the building itself also being locked. When going to the beach, I would recommend going to the left when you first go out the gate on to the beach and then keep walking for a bit. You will find a beautiful area with calm waters due to lots of rocks being further out blocking the waves. I spent the majority of my time here and it seemed that this was the spot lots of locals would spend time at as well. The beach chair/towels provided by Liz were so nice. Highly recommend!

The place is in a perfect location. Lots to eat and beach is super close. Ubers to get around were not expensive either and the host is so easy to communicate with. It’s a really nice place for a quick getaway with a friend or partner.

Small cute studio, perfect for a couple. Restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store were all walking distance. The beach is right around the corner. The beach chairs were so convenient. Airport was literally 6 min. Away.

Ramon and Lillianette were great hosts, being extremely proactive in communicating and making it easy for us to stay. The place is a cozy studio with updated interiors and very close to the airport. You can walk to the beach and it’s fantastic. There is plenty of parking available and easy access to the place. Supermarkets and restaurants right around, made it comfortable. Highly recommended.

Hector’s place was very comfortable for the three of us. Everything was clean. He made sure that there was little things available ( water, soaps etc) which is a big help. We do recommend his place and him as a host.

This studio is on a great location and within 10 minutes of airport. Perfect if you need to catch an early flight. The AC was great and shower hot water was perfect. Beatriz answer all my questions and I didn't have to wait too long to receive a response.

This is a beautiful cozy apartment. Apartment is as seen on pictures. Place was very clean very comfortable. Had all that is needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bedroom, excellent air conditioning systems in both living room and bedroom. Hot water available at all times in bathroom and kitchen. Netflix and Roku TV available in both the bedroom and the living room there is no balcony however, there are two big sliding doors that you can slide open to enjoy the breeze and if you look towards the right, it has a beautiful view of the Isla verde beach. Excellent location, five minutes from the airport. I look forward to possibly booking again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

I'm glad I stayed at Juan's place. It felt like home during my stay and it was in a great location, close to everything. Juan was also communicative and responsive. Check in and out was easy. I'd recommend a stay at his place!

We loved this place!! The location is great. A two minute walk from to the beach and several places to eat on the strip. There’s a 24 pharmacy across the street and a Grocery store five minutes away in an uber. I would most def recommend this Airbnb!!

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

What a wonderful stay! Thank you so much to Sandra for an exceptional check-in/out process, as well as providing such a beautiful apartment. We loved our stay, and loved being right by the airport. Private pristine, and gorgeous beach right behind the apartment building was to die for. All in all, 11/10 experience, and if we ever return, we know where we’re staying!

Juan's place offers great value for its location, its amenities and accessibility. It's almost at the center of the Isla Verde strip with direct access to the beach. You can walk to restaurants, the hotel lounges and right out to the water (via a gate) as you please. A parking spot is included as well which is a top consideration for anyone with a car staying in the area. Communication was easy and check-in was smooth. Providing you're not a pretentious traveler this place will serve you well. I would stay here again.

Always clean and ready for guests

Just stayed for the weekend. I have no complaints ! There’s a bar right down stairs where you can mingle and get a drink. Right across the street you can get a really good breakfast, and just by walking down the street you’ll see a beautiful beach. Oh and check the closet. A lot of items to help with the trip !

We had a wonderful stay at John & Evelyn's ocean front dream place. The condo was clean and has a fantastic view of the beach. It's close to the airport and lots of places to eat. Old San Juan is about 15 minutes drive. I will highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed my stay at this condo in Isla Verde. The place was just like the listing clean, cozy, and in a great spot. Host was easy to communicate with, no issues at all. I’ve stayed in this building before and always feel comfortable here. Would definitely book again!

I could not say enough good about this beautiful Airbnb, the proximity to the beach is unmatched and something rare to find at the price point! Our stay felt like heaven, we didn’t even need to leave Isla Verde to enjoy every bit that Puerto Rico has to offer! The views were stunning, the place was exactly as described and I would be happy to come back again! Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!
