The Cottage is part of a property owned by the Bernocchi family, which was already on maps of the area in the 1500s and is located right on an ancient Roman road that crossed the Calvana Mountains. About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Completely renovated, it is equipped with comforts, cool in the warmest season and a warm nest in winter thanks to the large stove. Independent apartment in villa

1 km from the Rioveggio highway exit, the apartment is located inside the villa where I live with my family. Guest access is independent, from the large terrace, without stairs. You can park your car in the shared square, where there are 2 harmless dogs. Rooms and bathroom are for the exclusive use of guests. There is no full kitchen, but you will have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee included), kettle and necessary dishes.

A 30-minute walk to a beautiful river beach and a small grocery store in Molino del Pallone. N.B. The possible supply of bed linens and towels has an additional one-time cost of €10+5=€15. Final cleaning is charged to the guest. (€30 if not carried out)
