Maria was a very friendly host and welcomed us with great kindness, as well as giving us excellent tips about the region. The apartment is very well located, allowing you to explore a good part of the historic center on foot. On top of that, there are great restaurant options nearby. Everything was impeccable – I highly recommend the stay!

They were helpful and responded quickly. The apartment has enough space for everyone's comfort. It has a large balcony, questionable privacy. It's well-equipped and cared for. It has no accessibility, it has stairs to go up from the garage to the apartment (2 flights). It's okay not to have it...but it's important to score for those who need it, whether they are a person with disabilities or elderly. Ideal to have a car, it is a walk from the center. It's not a violent city, it's a quiet place. It met the expectations of the stay, the apartment, the city and especially the region.

I don't even know what to say, Rafa's accommodation is spectacular, a very new and clean apartment, I felt at home...it has everything a guest needs, Rafa was very present, answering messages and giving tips. The distance from the apartment to the historic center is very good, very quiet, we returned home walking at dawn, I didn't feel uncomfortable, I thought it was very safe, even the whole city is safe. I loved the accommodation at Rafa's and also the city of Tiradentes, I was completely in love, what an incredible, beautiful and cozy city.: Whoever goes to Tiradentes should do a lot of research on the issue of restaurants, everything is very expensive there, but there are more affordable options as well as those who are going to visit other cities with São João del Rei and Bichinho, leave to buy your sweets, coffees, cachaça etc. in these two cities the value in the same product is much more affordable.

Location near the bus station and easy to locate. Near the center and interesting restaurants, it also has a nearby market and pharmacy. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the house is well set up. Lucia and her son are very friendly and helpful, give privacy to guests and are very helpful.

The stay was great and pleasant. The space is super comfortable for 4 people, has all the necessities and access to the waterfall is certainly a differential :) The only improvement to make the space even more comfortable would be to replace the mattress of one of the twin beds.

The accommodation was great. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived, the stay was super pleasant. The house is spacious, the kitchen is very complete, close to the center, very quiet place, exceeded expectations. A point that bothered a little is that the neighbor in the front is kind of “without notion”, he has a garage, but he leaves the car parked outside, facing Caio's house, and as the street is not too wide, it ends up hindering the entrance and exit of the garage… there was a day that I had to knock on the neighbor's door and ask to close the car because it couldn't get in… outside this, everything went well. The house is great and I would rent it again without a doubt.

I was delighted with hosting. Oriana from the moment of the reservation proved to be solicitous. From our check in to check-out, Oriana was even more welcoming. At all times, he was worried about making us feel at home and being an unforgettable accommodation! The house has well-divided environments, fully equipped kitchen and full leisure area!
