The area around Pilar is flat, it is an ideal way to explore the area by bike. All rooms are airconditioned (hot/cold). It has fast internet. There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds in the house so that this house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. Ideal for a family to stay and enjoy their holiday. The community has a large pool.

Completely renovated in 2025, this apartment preserves the history of the century-old building in which it is located. The renovation carried out by the architecture studio GÁLVEZ+DÍAZ has managed to rescue the original hydraulic pavements hidden under two levels of tiles, restore the balcony doors and the modernist viewpoint of the facade and enhance the solid brick of the original load-bearing walls of the building and its structure of sawn wooden beams.

Enjoy its beautiful garden, sun loungers, mini-golf and French pool table. The soccer, tennis and paddle tennis court can be rented by the hour at an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area, but no loud music or large crowds of people (maximum 15 people).

The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
