The flat was spotless and the view from our room quaint and old world. Sharing a bathroom was interesting, but we managed. There are a lot of stairs to climb, so be prepared for that. But even the stair well had tons of character. We’ve got a great selfie in them- at the bottom it’s like a cave, then they turn red and you’re almost there.

Absolutely fantastic! Our stay at hotel Monegal was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we walked in, the staff's genuine warmth and incredible helpfulness made us feel right at home. Their friendly service truly sets this hotel apart. The location couldn't have been better, just round the corner from la Rambla. And as for the room, it was a sanctuary of cleanliness and comfort. It provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Highly recommended.

The place was in a great location. The balcony had a lovely view. The host was very thoughtful. It is a very old building and the apartment has its quirks. It is on the third floor and there is no elevator. The floors are uneven, paint is chipped, the bathrooms have unique shapes and clever use of space. If you are looking for pristine, modern, flat--this is not the place for you. If you're open to old European, rustic and unique, with thoughtful hosts, in a good location, this is a great choice.

Fiquei por 3 dias na habitação do Fede. O quarto é espaçoso e bom. Eu vi alguns comentários sobre barulho na rua, que de fato existe, mas não me incomodou nenhum pouco (umas 22-23h em geral fica inexistente) O banheiro é bastante estreito, mas tranquilamente utilizável. É muito bem localizado, perto de tudo no bairro gótico, e para localidades mais distantes é fácil de ir. Fede é muito gente boa e deu suporte sempre que necessário

El lugar donde está ubicado el departamento es un sueño, es un barrio hermoso, el barrio gótico, lleno de restaurantes y esas calles angostas realmente hermosas, el departamento es hermoso, amplio, espacioso, cómodo, el único detalle es que queda en un piso 6 y hay q subir escaleras, todo lo demás fue perfecto, está realmente muy bien ubicado y la anfitriona muy amable siempre
