Nice peaceful place near the lake. Great value!

Our weekend in Eureka Springs was wonderful- loved our Airbnb! It was perfect for 2 couples. Very comfy beds, cool decor, (very clean) and so close to everything but not right in the heart of town. We spent quite a bit of time on our balcony, perfect space for morning coffee or our afternoon glass of wine. Plan to come back sometime and take advantage of the firepit and hot tub. Aspen was super responsive with my questions- thank you for the great getaway. 😀

Aspen and her team were super helpful. The condo was super nice and clean - my wife and I enjoyed our time. While it’s shared with other units around, it still felt private and secluded. Such a cool building to stay in with really cool history. Would definitely recommend!

Dalton’s place was perfect for our two night getaway from Branson. He was extremely responsive and the place was absolutely perfect. We highly highly recommend this Airbnb.

A very unique place to visit, and we enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed in suite A. It was exactly as pictured and squeaky clean. Amenities included complimentary bottles of water and munchies, as well as coffee. The suite was very quiet. The hot tub was a great plus! The only downside, if you can call it that, was that the designated parking space was difficult to get out of. We would definitely stay here again!

The pictures didn't do this place justice, it was so much better than expected! Beautifully updated and nice spot right outside of downtown eureka springs. It was clean and cozy for my husband and I and our 2 babies.

This was a really nice and clean place to stay!! Really easy to check in. The bed was comfortable. It is within walking distance of downtown. I highly recommend staying here and I would stay here again!

This place is absolutely amazing! We only stayed one night, but we wish we could’ve stayed longer. 😊 Chris and Nicole were incredibly kind and responsive, any questions we had, they answered right away and made everything seamless. It was spotless and beautifully decorated! We loved the guitars! We felt right at home. We were able to bring our puppy along, and she felt right at home too! They even had thoughtful touches like an extra leash and dog treats. So nice! The location is perfect; peaceful and quiet, with easy parking, and just a 5-minute walk into town. There’s even a great pizza spot right across the street! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the kitchenette was just right for a short stay. The mini fridge was big! My husband and I had such a great time and so did our pup!

We had a fantastic weekend! Very relaxing. It was very easy to get to shopping and all the fun things to do in Eureka Springs. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

We love this location! It’s close to downtown so we don’t have to worry about parking, but it isn’t right in the center where all the action is (which is great for a rest between shopping and dining). Only a 10 minute walk to the center of downtown and one of the best pizza places is just across the street. Perfect location and we love sitting on the back porch (in the tree canopy). Our friends stayed in the same building and we spent time gathering in the common space outside for food and conversation. Really lovely stay and wonderful hosts!!!

We had a really GREAT STAY!!!! The room was bigger than I expected. Comes with a pretty big terrace/patio which we used every single night. The whole building is surrounded by nature. We loved it! The room itself was super clean, super cozy. They do have a little kitchenette (an induction cooker) however, I didn’t find any cutlery or a small frying pan would’ve been nice. There is also no hairdryer just fyi. It didn’t affect our stay that much since the location is walkable to restaurants. There is a pizzeria across the building. For brunch, I recommend The Local Flavor, just a few walks. I also recommend East West gift shop for the working bunnies! :) The trolley is conveniently close but if you love walking, you can walk the whole town (which we did) I brought my dogs with me and Aspen was super accommodating just as long as you follow the pet policy you’ll be good! :) Host was responsive, friendly, and flexible. I love the whole book of local recommendations! We loved our stay!

Keith and Tabitha were wonderful hosts. We had a tiny snafu the one day and they were incredibly prompt and helpful. We were traveling with little kids and their location could not have been more walkable but still safe (enclosed/gated patio) right by downtown. The layout also works well for little ones to be able to stay on the futon, still get to the bathroom, and then to be close to parents/adults while the adults still have some peace and quiet.

Great location, conveniently located, easy walk to downtown. Room decor was beautiful and the place was immaculate. Communication with the Host was great. If your undecided on a place to book dont hesitate, would definitely book again.

Was way better than expected! Pictures really don’t do it justice.. not far from main streets in Eureka Springs. Very close to the lake. Very friendly neighbors all around. Brand new large back deck. That was a great additional outdoor space. Would definitely rebook this space in the future

I was impressed by how spotless everything was. The bathroom was absolutely majestic—beautifully designed and so relaxing. The hosts were sweet, accommodating, and kept everything simple, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-maintained cabin, this is the perfect spot! The host was so nice! The condo was beautiful exactly as the pictures showed! We had an issue with noisy neighbors and we sent a message to the host, she quickly got us moved to another unit at 11:00 pm. The next day she was very very kind. I 100% recommend staying here. We will be back soon!

A beautiful area with a fairly spacious place to stay. We loved the view of the lake, and the condo was very clean.

Great place. Will stay again. Clean. AC only goes down to 68 degree. High Windows Face the Northwest --- while the morning sun isn't direct, the sunshine will wake you.

We had a great time celebrating our 20 year anniversary. This place was perfect for us. We loved the ease of check-in. The unit has a traditional lock and key but the front desk had an envelope with our name on it ready for us as soon as we walked in the door. No wait at all. The unit itself is in between 2 other units so I was nervous about noise but we didn't hear one sound from the neighbors. Thick walls! We grilled outside at the pavilion which was just a few steps away. The kitchen had everything we needed! We enjoyed our steak and potatoes on the back deck looking over the lake. (we were a little sad that the tree-line blocked the full view but appreciated that they kept the natural growth) And saving the best for last... the VIEW from the living room and master bedroom thru the massive wall of windows. Waking up to that view was amazing. We can't wait to come back!
